We have a beautiful, 3 bedroom, 8 berth Swift Bordeaux caravan situated on Southcliff Court, Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

Caravan Description
All prices are broken down into 3 night (weekend) and 4 night (midweek) breaks. If you would like a price on 7+ nights (Friday or Monday check ins only) please drop us an email for a price which will be reduced on the 3 & 4 combined price.
We have an oustanding 3 bedroom, 8 berth, 'Platinum' Swift Bordeaux caravan available to rent. Our caravan boasts all the mod cons including - Gas Central Heating, Double Glazing, Front opening patio doors and an extensive decked area. If you are after a luxury break at primrose valley then this is the caravan for you.
It is situated on Southcliff Court, which is only a 2-3 minute walk from the main complex and a beautiful quiet area of the park (arguably the best).
There is a gas fire in the lounge and full gas central heating throughout the caravan.
Outside is a private decking with outdoor table and 6 chairs.
Bed linen is included and beds will be made up on arrival.
All gas and electric is included in the price.
Check in is from 2pm.
Funworks passes not included in the hire price, but can be obtained from reception on arrival if required. We can also arrange these for you to save the hassle if required :)
Sorry, we do not accept pets or same sex groups.
This is a strictly a NO SMOKING holiday home, either inside the caravan or on the decked area.
There is an additional £50 bond deposit on all prices which is returned at the end of your stay, providing no damage has been caused.
Dates listed are broken down into 3/4 nights breaks. If you would like to stay longer i.e. 7 nights please send us a message with the dates you require and we will be able to accommodate this. This will also be at a cheaper rate as we can save on cleaning costs,

About the Area
Primrose Valley is Haven’s 5* flagship holiday park.It is perfectly situated Near Filey, North Yorkshire, which is between Scarborough & Bridlington. So a perfect base for your family holiday.
On park there is more than enough to keep you and your family entertained:-
-2 Indoor swimming pools with water slides (1 Outdoor pool)
-2 Entertainment complex’s (Showbar & Live Lounge)
Excellent live entertainment every night of the week ranging from Bands, Comedy, Vocalists, and lots more. Cash Bingo is played every evening in the showbar to start off the night with the Live Lounge more based at the younger kids having the shows for the kids, including Rory, Anxious, DJ Ned etc
-Loads of places to eat on site:- Mash & Barrel pub/restaurant, Cooks Fish & Chips (Take-away & restaurant), Papa John’s, West Pier Burgers, The lakeside, Millie’s cookies and if a quieter sit down & a coffee is what you are after there is even a Starbucks on site
-Daily wet & dry activities, I.e. Water walkerz, Football, Tennis, Turbo Paddlers, High Ropes course, Zip wire and many more (Please note: Some of these have additional charges) I can offer further info on this if required.
-Beach access, which is a lovely 20-30 minute walk down into Filey.
-Regular bus services going to and from the local seaside towns (Scarborough & Bridlington)
Primrose valley is a beautiful park and is maintained to a very high standard by the hard working team on park. You can be sure you will never be bored on Primrose Valley.
