Caravan Description

This 2010 Pemberton Knightsbridge luxury holiday home on Presthaven Sands Holiday Park is perfect for families of up to 6 people.

It is a home that has all the modern features, such as double glazing and central heating. The living room has a 42" TV on the wall with DVD and Freeview Sky box.

The kitchen area can be made separate via sliding doors. It comprises of a fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher and washing machine, and also has an island in the middle.

The master bedroom is en-suite with a toilet and full size bath. The second bedroom has twin beds with wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is also a family toilet with shower.

This Knightsbridge holiday home has a huge wrap around balcony with views across the beautiful North Wales countryside. The views have to be seen to be believed - Spectacular! This holiday home is situated on a peaceful 'Platinum' plot on a beautiful court location.

Terms & Conditions

The caravan will be available after 2.30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure.

A £100 non-refundable deposit (which is deduced from the balance) is required to secure your booking. The remainder of the balance must paid 6 weeks before arrival (where applicable).

A£100 refundable deposit is required for any damage due to the quality and age of the caravan. This £100 security deposit is refundable when th keys are returned after your holiday and no damage or breakages to the caravan or its contents are noted (the caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition with no damage and bins emptied). The security deposit is refunded after inspection of the caravan which will be 7 days after vacation.

Midweek and weekend stays are available on request, we will be happy to try to accommodate you.

We welcome families and couples that are responsible and want a happy and enjoyable holiday (please refer to Park's terms and conditions).

We will provide sheets, pillow cases and towels. We also provide duvets and pillows. If you require a travel cot or bed guards, please let me know in advance and I will ensure to have them for your visit at no extra cost. Your own bedding will be required for the travel cot.

Please Note: Funwork passes are not included in our hire price, but are available at the Haven reception.
