Caravan Description

Our caravan for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is in a quiet location, yet only an approximate 5 minute walk from the main complex.

The caravan is just over 2 years old and offers spacious accommodation, two bathrooms, heaters throughout and a TV in every room.

From the lounge bay window there is a lovely sea view.

You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

Gas and electric & Hot Water are included in the price.

We request that any damages are reported to us during your stay, our main concern is to ensure we can repair or replace items.

There is a parking area close by as well as a grassed area for games to played etc. Tables and chairs are provided on the patio for your use.

Also close by is a footpath to Budleigh Salterton.
A regular bus service runs from Devon Cliffs to Exmouth, where there is a very frequent train service to Exeter or local places on the River Exe. There's also cycle path from Exmouth to Exeter.

In the area are boat trips up the River Exe and fishing trips on a charter boat out of Exmouth.

Also in the area is a Donkey sanctuary near Sidmouth, a tenpin bowling alley in Exmouth, plus several good restaurants, Bicton Park Botanical Gardens (approximately 6 miles) and Crealy Adventure Park (approximately 12 miles).

Tesco and Lidl are very close to the holiday park and World of Country Life is next door.

Devon cliffs is a family friendly venue. The rules state that all female or male groups under the age of 25 years are not allowed.

Due to insurance and fire regulations only persons detailed in the booking are permitted to stay in the caravan, any alterations to the booking details must be approved in advance.
