Caravan Description
Our luxury caravan is a Swift Bordeaux, with double glazing and radiator central heating.
It has three bedrooms; a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite toilet, and two twin rooms with two single beds in each.
The bathroom has a double shower unit, WC and wash basin.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, full size gas cooker and large fridge freezer.
In the living/dining room there is a pull-out double bed, colour TV with DVD and a gas fire, along with a dining table with six chairs.
Outside is a large veranda with sea views and a lockable gate; ideal for keeping small children safe.
We are a five minute walk from beach and beach facilities and a five minute walk from the main complex.
Funworks passes are not included, but are needed to use the main complex. However, we can order passes on your behalf for you to collect from reception. Please ask for prices for same.
The caravan will be available from 2 pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on your departure day.
A 20% non-refundable deposit will secure your booking.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your booked arrival date.

About the Area
The entertainment complex includes the Mash & Barrel restaurant and bar, and two licenced entertainment halls called Bugsy's and Capone's. There is a well-stocked Spar supermarket, Starbucks, launderette, souvenir shop, Papa John's pizza, Burger King and a fish and chip shop. The swimming pool is large with flumes and an outdoor section; well attended by lifeguards and ideal for children.Outdoor activities include crazy golf, football, archery, shooting and an aerial adventure course with zip wire.
The beach is sandy and clean with a beach shop. The South Beach bar and restaurant overlooks the beach with great sea views.
There are many attractions within easy reach of Devon Cliffs and there is a good bus service from the site to nearby Exmouth.
