Welcome to our 'Platinum' holiday home, packed with luxury and comfort with front opening patio doors leading to a large gated veranda with patio furniture and stunning sea views.
The holiday home has a fully fitted, modern kitchen with large integrated fridge-freezer, a separate dining area, large master bedroom with en-suite and room for a cot, two attractive twin bedrooms, a family bathroom with large shower unit, private parking and a patio (ideal for BBQs) to complete the ideal holiday combination for indoor and outdoor living.

Lounge
This holiday home benefits from large 40" flat screen Freeview TV with built-in DVD, docking station, coffee table and contemporary electric fire, plus a pull-out bed fitted in the sofa.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Well-appointed kitchen furnished to a high standard with luxury appliances, including a full size integrated fridge and freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob with electric ignition, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area is spacious and benefits from a free standing table and chairs seating 6 comfortably.
Bedrooms
This accommodation has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6. It has one spacious double bedroom with room for a cot, overhead storage, vanity area, fitted wardrobes, bedside lamps, TV/DVD and en-suite toilet, plus a further 2 well-presented and attractive twin bedrooms with lamps and fitted wardrobes (one with extra overhead storage). The twin beds can be pushed together to form a double.
Bathroom & Toilet
There is a fully fitted shower room with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash-basin. There are 2 toilets, one being the en-suite.
Heating
Double glazed with full central heating with radiators in all rooms, means you can holiday all season in comfort.
Veranda
We have a large surround decking area with picnic table and parasol making it ideal to eat and relax whilst enjoying the fantastic sea views.
Parking
Private tarmac parking is available next to the holiday home.
Extras
We provide a patio umbrella and a selection of DVDs and books.
All gas, electricity and hot water is included in the price.
All beds are supplied with duvets and at least 2 pillows per single bed (4 for the double) and are covered with anti-allergy protectors. However, duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets are NOT included so guests are asked to bring their own, along with towels, beach towels and tea towels.
The distance from the main Park amenities is a short walk, with the beach being a 5 minute walk away.
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 deposit is required within 7 days of a booking to reserve the dates. This deposit is then held as a security deposit against any damage/loss that may be incurred during your stay. All being well the £100 is refunded within 7 days after your stay.
The balance of the holiday cost is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If we have not received payment within this timescale your booking will become void (a reminder will be sent).
Please note that as the deposit has been transferred to a security deposit the full price of the holiday as quoted is still outstanding. Therefore please note that the £100 security deposit is not included in the prices quoted.
Holidays booked less than 6 weeks in advance will require full payment at the time of booking.

About the Area
Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is Haven's 5 Star flagship park situated on the cliff tops overlooking Sandy Bay's beautiful Blue Flag beach in Devon.Whether you are looking for an all action fun park or just the peace and beauty of the surrounding Jurassic Coast, Devon Cliffs has it all. The South West coastal path runs behind our holiday home and up and over the cliffs into Exmouth.
On site there is a large heated indoor swimming pool complex with flumes, water play areas and multi-lane slides. In addition there is an outdoor multi-level pool with a patio area and slides. There is a luxury spa, an entertainment complex that includes 2 show bars creating entertainment for all the family during the day and evenings, children's ten pin bowling lanes, mini golf, archery, climbing wall with abseiling, trampolines, water walking balls, an aerial adventure high ropes course and many more activities. Parents will love the luxury spa; even the hot-tub has an ocean view!
There is a large selection of food outlets on the Park including Papa John's Pizza, Burger King, a Fish and Chip Shop, The Mash and Barrel Bar and Restaurant, Millie's Cookies and Starbucks. Just a short walk from the holiday home, situated on the cliff top is The Beach Café with panoramic views over the Bay.
There is also a mini supermarket and launderette on site, with a large Tesco supermarket just a few minutes’ drive away.
A short drive to Exmouth provides miles of sandy beaches, numerous restaurants, The Pavilion where many shows can be enjoyed, and an attractive town centre with banks and other essential shops. In addition, you also have the opportunity to get a short ferry trip across the River Exe to Starcross. Stuart Lines also provide a variety of boat trips from the beach at Exmouth.
There is also World of Country Life located right next door to Devon Cliffs.
Other coastal towns nearby include Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth, both of which are charming, unspoilt seaside resorts.
