This is a standard static van, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 5 people with room for a travel cot if you need to bring one.
Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village in Somerset.
Our caravan is a 35x10 Atlas Oasis, which is situated at the end of a row on the grass area for extra privacy. It offers easy access to the complex and is just a short walk through the back gate from the beach.
We do not have parking directly next to the van, but there is a large car park with plenty of spaces and we are a 20 second walk across the grass.
The van has recently been reupholstered to look more modern.
The static sleeps 5 people , it has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 1 single bed with space for a travel cot if you need to bring one and a twin room with 2 single beds.
There are heated wall panels in all of the bedrooms.
There is a shower room with hand basin and toilet and a separate toilet room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, undercounter fridge feezer, slow cooker and a supply of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. There is a table top ironing bored and iron.
The spacious lounge has a comfy sofa, gas fire (no central heating), TV and a DVD player, along with a table and chairs.
We have a small decking and Outside patio area with table and chairs.
The caravan is on bottled gas and mains electric and water, which are all included in the price of your holiday.
Quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring bed linen,towels and tea towels with you. Alternatively, bed linen can be hired from Haven if you prefer.

Passes NOT included
Amenity passes are required for the complex and they cover all the entertainment, pools, restaurant etc. These can be purchased on from reception upon arrival, I do not supply them in the price.
Activities will be bookable upon arrival and subject to availability.
No same sex groups and No pets, the site will not allow this.
Also, A £50 security deposit is required when booking, this will hold your date and will be refunded once the static has been checked over and left clean and tidy with No damages.

About the Area
Haven's Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village is set in acres of parkland with beautiful gardens and two fishing lakes. The area is flat and suitable for all ages.On site there is a full range of entertainment; the show bar provides cabaret, disco and music, while the Mash and Barrel is quieter with a bar and restaurant facilities.
There are kids' clubs for all ages, from toddlers to teens, as well as a play area outside.
The sports facilities include swimming (there are two pools, the inside one is newly refurbished), parks, crazy golf, football, tennis courts, a multi-sport court and hire of bikes.
Amenity passes are required for the complex and they cover all the entertainment, pools, arcades, restaurant etc. These can be purchased on arrival.
Activities will be bookable upon arrival and subject to availability.
The site also has a Papa John's Pizza with free delivery to caravans, a Spar shop and a newly built fish and chip shop.
Venturing off site, a local bus service is available that covers all nearby towns, including Minehead and Weston Super Mare.
The beach is a 3 minute walk away from the caravan. Stroll along the promenade and find the town centre with its many shops, cafes, bars and takeaways, including Weatherspoons. Opposite Weatherspoons is a Morrisons supermarket and 5 minutes away from the Village is an Asda and Tesco.
There is lots to explore around the area; Wookey Hole, Brean Sands Adventure Park, Cheddar Gorge, Clark's Designer Village and much, much more.
