We are open 11 months of the year and have choices of 3, 4 or 7 nights (or longer).
Holidays are;
1. Friday to Monday (3 nights)
2. Monday to Friday (4 nights)
3. Friday to Friday (7 nights or more).

Occasionally we will offer 2 night weekend breaks. Only Friday to Friday 7 night bookings are taken during the peak weeks in this caravan, shorter breaks are available in our 2 bedroom van, reference 6577c. If you can't see the date you'd like please ask, it's sometimes easier to call on the number listed above.

Welcome to our cherished, family owned 3 bedroom caravan which is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Situated on a private garden plot with hardstanding car parking right outside, there is ample space to play or relax on the provided seating area, or maybe enjoy al fresco dining? The garden is completely fenced and gated for privacy and safety. There is a grassed lawn and flower beds bursting with colour in summer. We also have a very spacious south and east facing sun veranda furnished with a brand new rattan suite with cushions. On the patio area there is a picnic table and benches with:parasol. For your convenience we have added a rotary airer.

Inside the caravan you will be wowed by the airy, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has a brand new, free standing crushed velvet corner sofa, 38" wall mounted, flat screen colour TV, DVD player with a library of discs, Wii console with games, a selection of toddler toys and family board games, lego and brio and ample floor space to play.

The kitchen has everything needed to rustle up a family meal or just a snack; gas double oven and hob, microwave, fridge /freezer, slow cooker, blender, toaster, krups coffee machine etc. For your convenience, we have added a washing machine. There is a large, wrap round solid oak breakfast bar with 6 bar stools. Also in this area is a brand new, relaxing armchair situated by the full length, picture window overlooking the garden. A comfortable spot to read or watch the children playing safely outside.

Down the hall there is a full sized bathroom, complete with a bath and overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin. There is a brand new free standing designer sink unit and toilet.This is tastefully decorated in a seaside theme and provides a relaxing area for a long, hot bubble bath after a busy day at the beach. We provide a selection of complimentary toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, shower gel, handwash and toilet roll.

The master bedroom has been tastefully decorated in soft blue and sand and has ample wardrobe and drawer space as well as a dressing table and stool. The wardrobes are mirrored making the room bright and airy. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms, both with plenty of wardrobe, drawer and cupboard space. Each bedroom has a flat screen colour TV with built in dvd player. All your beds for your booking will be made up for your arrival with freshly laundered and pressed linen.

We have been renting owners for 20 years. Book with confidence, as experienced hosts we know how to make your well earned holiday memorable. We are happy to show our proof of ownership and be verified with the park. All our public liability insurance, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, gas certificates and PAT testing are up to date.

There is unlimited free Wi-Fi available in the country club and reception, there is also a great 4g reception in the caravan.

For your convenience, there is a supply of cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and mop.

We supply a hand towel and bath towel starter pack (please bring additional ones, these are just provided to help you freshen up on arrival. Please also bring your own pool and beach towels)

Both our caravans are professionally cleaned to a 5* standard. Bed linen, teatowels and bathmats are provided. We provide a travel cot with mattress but please bring your babies own bedding. We also provide a high chair.

If you are celebrating a special occasion please ask about our package which can be organised for your arrival, including wine, cake or chocolates, banners, balloons and card. Prices from £20.

Bookings & Conditions

Standard check in time 3pm, check out is 10.30am. (Latest check in at reception is 5pm, please let us know if you'll arrive later than this as we will have to make arrangements for the key to be left in the key safe box. Unfortunately if you arrive late without notice security may have to access the closed reception for the key which the site will charge £45. This charge will be passed on to you. Late check out at 1pm and early check in at 12 noon is available for an additional £20 by request.

A £50 deposit is required by bank transfer to secure your date. Deposits are not refundable but may be transferred. You will also be required to pay a £100 clean and care bond, which will be refundable on checking that the caravan has been left as found, it will be returned by cheque, please allow 7-10 days. Payment by installment is welcome as long as the balance is clear 6 weeks before travel. For holidays booked within 6 weeks of travel, payment is required in full on booking. You are advised to take out travel insurance as in the event of cancellation on your part there is no obligation on the owner to refund monies. Changes to the date of your booking are by mutual agreement and on condition your new date is available and will incur an £20 administration fee.There is a 5% loyalty discount for return guests applicable for peak weeks only (school holidays). Please note the final price for your holiday will have been tailored based on your booking information, any further alterations/additions, if allowed may incur additional charges. Only the persons named on your booking will be allowed in the caravan.


Please ask about our special rates for under occupancy. Prices are based on 6 people. There may be a surcharge for more than 6 people to cover extra wear and tear and utilities. Parties of more than 6 may be declined at the owners descretion depending on the combination of adults to children ratio. All the facilities on site are completely free of charge to use apart from the gym, fishing peg and swimming pool which are subject to a small fee. The gym requires an induction visit; it is advisable to book ahead of your holiday.

Pets may be considered depending on the breed, size etc. This must be by prior arrangement only and there is a £30 supplement per holiday to allow for a deeper clean. Pets are not allowed on the furniture unless you bring your own throws or in the bedrooms and must not be left unattended unless crated. We do not supply dog bowls, blankets, beds or crates etc. Please enquire.
