Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom park home with pushchair/wheelchair ramp and door access and large, South facing, gated sun terrace. This caravan enjoys a central lounge area with a double bedroom and 2 twin rooms separated by the living area, giving privacy and a more tranquil feel.

All new bed linen and curtains for 2017 and offering comfortable, immaculate accommodation at a fraction of the cost of booking direct with Haven.

The caravan offers central heating, double glazing and underfloor insulation and enjoys a spacious end of cul de sac plot which has the sun all day. Directly outside is a large grassy area where you can play games.

Newly modernised and furnished lounge with 40" colour TV and DVD player with selection of discs and family games. There is a comfortable, freestanding sofa/sofa bed, Co ordinating armchair and matching large pouffe for extra seating.

The well equipped kitchen/dining area is shaker style with full sized oven and hob, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, slow cooker, toaster etc; everything you could need. There is a table and 4 chairs to eat near the double French doors.

One side of the lounge are 2 twin rooms, both with colour TVs, ample hanging and cupboard storage. Both rooms are newly refurbished with a light and airy seaside theme. At this end there is also a spacious shower room with wc, shower cubicle and hand wash basin. In the hall there is a cupboard for coats, a travel cot, high chair and vacuum cleaner as well as a selection of baby and toddler toys.

The other end of the lounge is the master bedroom, complete with wardrobe, drawers, colour TV and selection of DVDs, and an en-suite shower room with sit down shower, wc and handwash basin. The master bedroom is newly refurbished with blue and sand tones creating a light and airy feel. There is room in this bedroom for a travel cot (provided free of charge ).

Outside there is a ramp leading to a huge, gated wrap-around sun deck equipped with tables, chairs and a bench for al fresco dining, safe playing or just relaxing. We also provide a selection of outdoor toys, games and bucket and spades and sandpit.

We welcome disabled guests; there is a ramp up to a wide decking area, double door access and central lounge, so no narrow corridors to negotiate. However, if you are using and charging an electric mobility scooter please advise the owner before confirming the booking, there will be a £3 per day supplement for charging the scooter.

Pets may be considered depending on the breed, size etc. This must be by prior arrangement only and there is a £30 supplement per holiday to allow for a deeper clean. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms and must not be left alone unless crated.Please enquire.

Our family owned caravan is professionally cleaned and all freshly laundered bedding is supplied, with beds made up for your arrival.

All utilities are included, plus a full range of cleaning equipment supplied, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, kitchen foil, tea towels and vacuum cleaner.

Allocated hardstanding parking is provided right outside the caravan.

*Passes are not a requirement for the majority of the park, only the entertainment centre and swimming pool require them. We do not include them in the price of our holidays as not everyone wants them or you may choose to buy 4 night passes rather than a full week. Passes may be bought direct from the park reception on arrival or online in advance.

There is free use of a travel cot (not cot bedding), high chair, a selection of toys, lego, play mats and buckets and spades.

Special Occasion?

If you require the personal touch to celebrate an occasion during your stay, we can arrange to have banners, balloons, cake/card and bottle of wine etc. waiting for you on arrival for a competitive fee, starting at £20.

We are located in a central position to all areas of the park, just a short stroll to the main amenities and beach but far enough away to be more peaceful and no through traffic as we are at the end of a small cul de sac.

Bookings & Conditions

This is a family site so only families/couples allowed. Of course same sex couples are welcome.

Sorry no single sex, hen or stag parties etc.

Sorry you are not allowed to smoke indoors.

£100 initial deposit is required to book. We take payment by bank transfer. This deposit is not refundable. You are advised to take out travel insurance. You are welcome to pay in installments.

The balance is required 6 weeks before the holiday start date. We require an additional £100 damage bond. This £100 damage bond will be returned to you by cheque within 14 days but usually sooner, provided the accommodation is left in the same cleaned condition and there are no losses/damage. Please ask to see our full t&cs if you are unsure as deposits are not refundable but may be transferable at the owners discretion.

Check in time is from 3pm. Check out is by 10am. Optional early check in - 1pm and late check out - 12 noon, extra charges apply and by prior arrangement only.

Short off peak breaks are negotiable on application.
