Our double glazed and central heated, static caravan for hire, located on the popular Seton Sands Holiday Village at Port Seton, East Lothian, Scotland, is both stylish and comfortable, suited to those who like that extra bit of comfort.
This static caravan is sited in an ideal location, just a stone's throw from the beach and leisure complex where you and your family can have hours of fun.
The Lounge has comfortable seating with scatter cushions, modern stainless steel gas fire, 32” TV with Freeview, DVD player and integrated MP3 sound system.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and incorporates a double cavity gas oven with hob/grill, an integrated 70/30 fridge-freezer, and integrated microwave
The dining area has a fixed dinette seating, freestanding pedestal dining table and fully upholstered cylinder stools.
The master bedroom is an en-suite with dressing table, wardrobes, wall storage units, bedside tables and wall lamps.
The twin bedrooms both have single beds.
The family shower room has a one piece fibreglass shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower.
Patio area with picnic table and benches.
We provide clean towels and bed linen, with all beds made fresh for your arrival/number of guests.
We also provide your choice of bread, milk and butter, along with free tea, coffee and biscuits.
In addition, you will find a great choice of DVDs, books and games to help you relax and have fun in our home from home.

All telephone & internet bookings are provisional until payment is received. Deposit or full amount is payable on submission of your booking form, we reserve the right to offer the dates to another customer if we have not received your payment. A non-refundable deposit of £50 will secure your booking instantly.
Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday (or at time of booking if less than 4 weeks to holiday).
In addition to your holiday costs, a £75 refundable security bond is to be paid, either with your holiday costs or up to 2 days before your holiday at the latest.
This is refunded after the holiday home has been inspected.
Preferred method of payment is by BACS.

About the Area
Our caravan is located next to the children’s play park in the ‘Troon’ area of the Seton Sands Holiday Park, with a bench outside that allows a vantage point for parents.We are also opposite the main complex, with restaurant and entertainment lounge.
On site you will find:
- Indoor heated pool with slides, bounce and splash and water walkers for the adventurous children staying
- Ranger Scott, who teaches children’s bushcraft.
- Archery
- Go karts
- Segways
- Golf course
- A beautiful big beach to walk on which can be seen from the front window
only 2 mins walk away from the van.
Just a two minute walk from our caravan is the bus terminal for the no 26 into Edinburgh city centre, which takes around 30 minutes.
