We have a lovely 3 bedroom caravan that sleeps up to 8 people, on the fantastic Parkdean Holiday Park in Pendine.
It has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, plus a large pull-out bed in the living room, enabling it to sleep 8 in comfort.
The caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating.
There is a spacious shower room with toilet and sink, plus a separate toilet with sink.
We have a flat screen TV with Freeview and built-in DVD player in the lounge.
The kitchen has gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer, plus all the utensils required for 8 people.
For safety, there are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the caravan. The boiler and all appliances have also been checked up to date.
Outside there is decking with patio furniture.

About the Area
Pendine Sands is a 7 mile (11 km) length of beach on the shores of Carmarthen Bay on the south coast of Wales. It stretches from Gilman Point in the west to Laugharne Sands in the east. The village of Pendine is close to the western end of Pendine Sands.The caravan is only a two minute walk from the local shop and a five minute walk from the beach and clubhouse. The clubhouse has great facilities, including a heated swimming pool, arcades, entertainment, kids' club and restaurant. There's also another pub on the site, just a couple of minutes' walk away.
Saundersfoot, Tenby and Amroth are only a short drive away.
