We have three caravans for hire on Trenance Holiday Park in Newquay, Cornwall. Two of the caravans are sited next to each other on a cut grassed area with parking for 2 cars alongside. They each also have a table and bench seating outside.

Each of our three caravans comprises:

Spacious, modern and open plan layout with fireplace and large flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview in the lounge area, along with a 4ft pull-out bed.

Modern kitchen/diner with plenty of storage space and comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay, including a full size oven, 4 ring gas hob, fridge with ice box freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. An iron and ironing board, Hoover and hair dryer are also supplied.

Master bedroom featuring a large wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers, along with a TV.

Twin bedroom featuring 2 single beds with overhead storage and a single wardrobe. A bed guard is also supplied if required for young sleepers.

Bathroom with a modern powerful shower with a deep shower tray (deep enough for little children to have a bath in before bed). It also has additional storage cabinets.

Each caravan also includes:

- High chair
- Iron and ironing board
- Patio table and chairs
- Parking next to caravan
- Electricity and gas at no extra cost.

Quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels etc.

Bookings & Conditions

Due to Park rules no pets or single sex groups are permitted to hire the caravan.

Check in is 3pm and check out is 10.30am.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking and this is returned to you within 14 days upon you leaving the caravan in its original condition. It is situated on Trenance Holiday Park which is ideally located near some of Cornwall’s best beaches and only a 15 minute walk away from Newquay town centre and the main beaches. The park has has Mini Market with Off Licence, Restaurant, Take-away, Games Room with Video Games and a Fully equipped Laundrette.

The park is located next to Newquay Zoo, Water world Swimming Pool and lots of other attractions including indoor and outdoor tennis courts, boating lake, 18 hole pitch and putt, crazy golf, horse riding, crown green bowls, Wooden Waves skate board park and much more.

Local buses run from just outside the entrance to the park.

The site has its own shop, off licence, Wi fi lounge, launderette with irons and ironing boards, a games room, post box and phone box.

Spend your precious holiday time enjoying yourself, not queuing for a bus or the car park! Being just a 10 minute stroll from Newquay town centre and beaches, Trenance Holiday Park is undoubtedly in one of the best locations of any Holiday Park in Cornwall.

It is situated next to the Restromel Borough council's 26 acre leisure park, which includes a zoo, Waterworld (with 2 indoor pools and a gym), pitch and putt, crazy golf, skate park, tennis courts, children's play park, bowling green, boating lake and stables - plenty for everyone!

Newquay is an ideal base from which to explore the rest of Cornwall too.
