Caravan Description
We have a fantastic 2 bedroom, 6 berth, central heated and double glazed holiday home to let in the sought after Peak View area of Ladram Bay Holiday Park in Devon.
One of the best plots at Ladram Bay - its elevated position boasts stunning panoramic sea and coastal views that can be enjoyed from the windows in the lounge or from outside on the patio.
The accommodation consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, with an additional pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, large wardrobe storage and dressing table, along with its own direct door to the shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room, also with plenty of storage and wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have central heating.
The bathroom is accessed from the hallway as well as the main bedroom. It has a toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, extractor fan and a shower.
The main living area is open plan with ample space and lots of seating. A flat screen TV and DVD player with Freeview are provided, along with a selection of DVDs, books and games.
The kitchen contains a full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a range of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
A few sundries are provided, such as condiments, cleaning products and washing powder etc., which you are welcome to use, but we would appreciate it if you replaced or added to accordingly, using your common sense.
Outside, there is a lovely patio area with sea views, complete with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also parking available for your car.
We provide pillows and duvets, but you need to bring your own bed linen and towels. Alternatively, these can be hired directly from Ladram Bay Holiday Park.
Electricity is included. Gas is required to be topped up using a key card, which is kept in the in the holiday home and can be purchased from reception during normal opening hours, at a small cost.
Wi-Fi is also available to purchase from Reception at an additional cost.
One well behaved dog is welcome at no extra charge, but please advise if you are planning to bring your dog. Being dog owners ourselves, we can provide your dog's bed, food and water bowls etc. but please let us know if you require this.
Please Note: Ladram Bay management does not allow any dogs considered to be dangerous breeds.

About the Area
Ladram Bay Holiday Park is an award winning family holiday park in East Devon, with its own private beach, set in beautiful countryside with stunning views overlooking the Jurassic Coast and only 20 minutes from the M5 motorway.On site amenities include The Three Rocks entertainment and dining complex and kids' and teens' activity clubs – as well as a private beach where you can swim, go fishing, rock pooling or kayaking in the naturally safe sheltered bay.
There is also an indoor heated swimming pool, crazy golf, outdoor play area, indoor soft play and with an amusement/arcade area.
The complex also has a takeaway, well-stocked shop and launderette.
This is a dog friendly site with plenty of designated areas to walk your dog.
Locally there are numerous things to do such as Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton Park and Otterton Mill. Also nearby you will find fabulous beaches, and the city of Exeter is only approximately 30 minutes' drive away.
