If Camber goes into Lockdown and the park is forced to close then a full refund of monies paid will be given.
Our chalet has been extended & completely refurbished. It has double glazing & electric heaters in all rooms.
It has high gloss kitchen units, leather sofas and a dining room table that comfortably seats 6. There are two TVs in the chalet, one in the lounge and one in the main bedroom which has a built in DVD player.
The chalet also has a fully-tiled shower room with heated towel rail, plus 3 bedrooms which sleep a total of 6 people.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds so is only suitable for 2 children or 1 adult and 1 child.
Duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are provided for all beds. You will need to bring your own pillow cases, sheets and duvet covers.
A deposit of £50 (non refundable) is required to book our chalet. The balance would then be due 8 weeks before your holiday. At this time a breakages/damage deposit of £75 will also be required and this will be refunded to you, normally on the day of departure once the chalet has been checked and found to be in a clean & tidy condition without any damage/breakages.
Our CHECK IN days are FRIDAYS and MONDAYS and our check in time is 2pm and checkout time is 10am.

About the Area
Our chalet is situated on the Pardean Resorts site at Camber Sands and entertainment passes can be purchased separately from reception on arrival at the resort.On site there is an indoor swimming pool with flumes, outdoor play area with splash pool, bungee trampolines, sports court, mini-golf, mini race track and go-karts that can be hired. There is The Boathouse restaurant on site, which has a bar and indoor soft play area. The main entertainment centre also has another bar, amusement arcade, small shop and fish and chip takeaway.
Just across the road from the Park entrance is the fantastic, 7 mile beach where you can try kite-surfing and paddle boarding. There is also a water sport centre close by at a local lake where you can try windsurfing.
Locally there are a couple of pubs and take away restaurants and there is a golf club at Lydd, which is about 3 miles from the resort.
The lovely town of Rye is approximately 3 miles from the resort and Hastings is about 15 miles.
