Caravan Description
New caravan in an elevated position with sea views on a family run site situated one and a half miles from Watchet town and harbour. The site has a shop, laundry room, heated indoor swimming pool and children's play area.
There is a large gated decking area 8 foot wide and running the whole length of the caravan with garden table and chairs. Car parking is directly outside the caravan.
The caravan benefits from double glazing and radiator gas central heating.
The living area has spacious seating, nest of tables, a 32" TV with free sat, DVD player and music system. There is also an electric fire and radiator.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a full size gas cooker and hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and all necessary crockery, utensils and cookware. There is a dining table and four chairs situated in the kitchen area.
The spacious double bedroom has a 5 foot bed, bedside cabinets, dressing area with wardrobe and storage, radiator and an en-suite toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has twin beds with a small wardrobe, storage and bedside cabinet. There is also a small radiator.
The bathroom has access from the hall and main bedroom, and is equipped with a large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. It also benefits from a radiator.
One small dog is accepted, but please advise when booking. We would ask you to bring your own dog towels.
Booking & Conditions
Saturday arrivals and departures. Arrival from 3 pm and departure by 10 am.
Key collection on site.
£50 deposit on booking.
Balance payable 28 days prior to hire period.
Payment by bank transfer, but cheques will be accepted.
Price includes electricity and gas.
Please note that duvets and pillows are provided, but sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels and tea towels are not provided - please remember to bring your own.

About the Area
Watchet is a busy little town with a small supermarket and a variety of shops i.e. chemist, antique shops, cafés. It also offers various pubs, an Indian restaurant and a fish and chip shop.Minehead is approximately 5 miles from Watchet where you will find a large Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl supermarket. The town of Minehead has a good selection of shops and places to eat. For those rainy days there is Butlin’s which is open to the general public on a daily pass. The West Somerset Railway runs from Minehead to Bishops Lydeard and offers a good day out along a route which offers stunning scenery. The outstanding beauty of Exmoor is also nearby. The county town of Taunton is approximately 22 miles away.
