Our privately owned caravan is available to hire for the 2018 season.
Normally let by the week offering a discount for a 2 week or more booking. During the year some shorter breaks may become available.
Our caravan is a Pemberton Elite with balcony and is sited on the Cauldron Barn Farm Caravan Park in Swanage, Dorset.
For out of summer holiday makers the caravan has double glazing in addition to central heating and an electric fire.
Both bedrooms have purpose built in wardrobes; one has a double bed and the other has twin single beds. If required an additional 2 berths make up in the lounge. A premium is charged for occupancy over 4 persons.
Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds, but the hirers will need to supply their own duvet covers, sheets, pillow slips, towels and tea towels.
With amazing views of surrounding hills, the lounge and dining area have a nice relaxing feel and offer ample seating and a dining table. A child's high chair can be available if required.
The fully equipped, open plan kitchen has a full size gas cooker with oven, sink, fridge and microwave.
The caravan has a family shower room with toilet and hand basin.
Outside there is a balcony furnished with a table and chairs.
Check in time is 2pm - Check out is by 10am.

About the Area
LocationCauldron Barn Farm Caravan Park is a small, smart and quiet site with no club house. There is however, a pleasant family pub only a short walk from the Park and numerous restaurants in Swanage. The Park has a launderette, games room, Wi-Fi and a play area.
It is ideally located to take advantage of the many activities in the area, including the beach, walking, horse-riding, golf, sailing, cycling, tennis, fishing and diving.
