Caravan Description

We have a beautiful well maintained Willerby Salsa Eco situated on the Damson Green area of Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, within walking distance of the beach and 2 minutes from the restaurants and bars and all the facilities this Park has to offer.
Parking is available on the road beside the caravan. There are steps with hand rail to the patio area where we have had a new veranda installed to make the most of the views and sunshine.

With full double glazing throughout our caravan is nice and warm.

The master bedroom has a double bed and direct access to an en-suite toilet with sink. It also has two large wardrobes with plenty of drawers for storage, and is large enough for a cot whilst still being quite spacious. The twin bedroom is as standard with two single beds and a small wardrobe. Both bedrooms have blow heaters.

From the bedrooms, the hallway leads to a galley kitchen with a full size gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, drinking glasses, cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is also a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm for your safety and peace of mind.
The large sitting/dining area offers spectacular views across Lyme Bay and beyond, with the sitting room having the sun all day making it warm and cosy. Within the sitting room there's a wall-mounted gas heater and a 26" TV with integrated DVD player.

Gas and electric is included in the price of your holiday.

Park passes are not included, but can be purchased at the reception desk if required. Some areas of the Park require them and some don't.

Linen can be hired for approximately £10 per week from reception, or you can just bring your own personal linen

Short breaks are available up to July.

Respectfully, we do not accept same sex groups, hen or stag parties for the comfort of others on the Park. Should this happen you will be asked to leave immediately.

Booking Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £100 (non-refundable) is required to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date - failure to do so could result in the loss of your booking.

Short breaks within less than 4 weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking.

In addition, a £100 bond is required with all bookings, which will be refunded in full after inspection of the caravan on your departure if no damage/loss has occurred.
