Caravan Description
Our brand new, 2014, Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is situated 2 minutes from the beach, swimming pool and restaurant but also within easy reach of all other amenities.
The caravan comes with central heating and double glazing and 3 Bedrooms – 2 twins (one of which can be made into a double) and the master with an en-suite and Freeview television.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, built in cooker and everything required for your holiday needs. The dining area benefits from having a free-standing table with six chairs.
We have a large comfortable sofa and chair in the lounge area, a coffee table with fitted stools under and 32" Freeview television with built in DVD also a electric fire just in case you need an extra bit of warmth.
Double doors at the front open onto a small decking area, there is a hard stand for car parking and an outside bench for you to relax on.
Cleaning materials are provided, all we ask is that you take care of our caravan and leave it clean and tidy as you would like to find it.
Terms and Conditions
Deposit required to secure booking which is non refundable
An additional bond of £75 is required to cover any breakages or damage. This will be returned in full, provided that there was no damage has occurred and the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition.
Bed linen can be provided for a small charge. Park passes are not included in the price but can be obtained from Haven reception.
No Pets allowed.
No smoking in the caravan please.
No single sex parties.

Seashore Holiday Centre is situated within easy reach of the beach and approximately 1 mile from Great Yarmouth and all its amenities.A Bus service and Land Train operate at regular intervals daily during the holiday season.
The park has all amenities required for you to enjoy your stay including a restaurant, Burger King, Pizza Parlour and shop.
There is easy access to the Norfolk Broads and various sites of interest in the area.
