Welcome to our “Prestige” 3 bedroom Willerby Avonmore holiday home, with central heating & double glazing throughout. We have a side decking area with ample seating to enjoy the sunny weather and views across the park. We are situated on a quiet part of the park close to the cliff tops, and only a short walk from the main entertainment complex.
The spacious lounge area has double French doors, a gas fire and luxurious seating with coffee table. There is a flat screen Freeview TV & DVD player with a selection of DVDs and board games to keep the children occupied.
We have a well fitted kitchen with everything you would need including a large fridge freezer & free standing dinning table & chairs.
There are two twin bedrooms with plenty of storage cupboards, wardrobe & draws.
The master bedroom has fitted cupboards, wardrobe, draws and a dressing table as well as its own en-suite W.C & hand basin.
All beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
There is also a family bathroom with enclosed shower. (Please note: towels are not provided).
For your security, there is a Ramtech alarm fitted.
Outside there is a side veranda with seating, and ample parking.
Bookings & Conditions
Our caravan is strictly NO smoking and No pets are allowed - we ask that you respect this at all times.
We require a £50 deposit when booking, with the full balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday starts.
A £50 security bond is also required and will be returned within 7 days of your departure following a full inspection for any loss or damage. We accept that accidents happen so you will not be charged for minor breakages, anything more will be deducted and taken off your bond.
It is Haven's policy not to allow under 21s or same sex parties and we must adhere to this rule at all times.
Funworks passes are not included in the hire price, but are readily available from reception.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is only a short walk along the beach from Filey, which boasts all the usual seaside attractions and also a golf course. Other local seaside resorts include Bridlington, Scarborough & Whitby; all only a short drive away.Attractions close by include Flamingo Land Zoo & Theme Park, Yorkshire Moors Railway, Heartbeat Country and the historic city of York.
