Caravan Description
Our caravan to let on Seaside Holiday Village has three bedrooms, plus a fold-out double bed in the living room. There are two single beds in each of the two twin bedrooms and a double in the other.
The lounge contains a modern Freeview TV with built-in DVD player, plus a few DVDs to watch.
There are mod cons for you to use for free, including a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The dining area, located within the kitchen area, easily seats 6. There is also a full size cooker, microwave, fridge and toaster.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates.
The balance is then to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday begins. If payment is not received at this time, we reserve the right to re-let your dates.
The caravan has a strict NO smoking and NO pets policy. Any breach could end up with your holiday being cut short.
Checking out must be no later than 12.30pm to allow us to check the caravan before the next guest arrives. We have tried to be quite fair with this.
Check in time is any time after 3pm up to 6pm.
We do not accept group bookings or singles aged under 25.

About the Area
From Seaside Holiday Village there is a back staircase, which takes you straight onto the beach.Queen's Park has a popular boating lake, mini golf, a paddling pool, train rides, a café and entertainment for small children.
Mablethorpe is full of all the things associated with the seaside, including fun bars, arcades, cafés, restaurants, a cinema, seal sanctuary, circus and of course a funfair. There is a regular market on the street, as well as two supermarkets and a frozen food centre.
Mablethorpe also offers great public transport links to other seaside resorts, such as Skegness, Ingoldmells (Fantasy Island) and Chapel St Leonards - with the bonus of the bus stop being right outside the gates of Seaside Holiday Village.
