Our homely modern, family owned caravan has 3 bedrooms comprising 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms plus a fold out double bed in the lounge area which is only recommended for children up to 12 years.
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you would expect in your own home, including a microwave, fridge, gas cooker, toaster and all utensils
The lounge/dining area is very spacious and comfortable and will easily accommodate up to 6 people. It includes a 42'' TV, DVD player and a gas fire.
The caravan benefits from 2 separate bathrooms, the main being equipped with a shower, toilet and basin, plus a wall-mounted towel heater, whilst the other comprises of a toilet and basin.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 3 door wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables and hot air heating. Each of the 2 twin bedrooms has 2 single beds, a wardrobe with mirror and hot air heating.
We are pitched in Eagle Court, a quiet, circular cul-de-sac; ideal for small children and families. Centrally located, it is just a short walk from the club house and Black Rock sands/dunes which is a Blue Flag, award winning beach.
There is ample parking next to the caravan for two vehicles.
Bookings & Conditions
This caravan is privately owned so we have a no smoking policy and no pets are allowed.
There is a £50 non-refundable deposit required, which will confirm your booking. Full payment is then due 6 weeks prior to the holiday booking date.
Club house passes are not included in the hire price, but can be purchased separately either before the holiday or on arrival at the park.
Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen/duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be hired on site.
Greenacres Holiday Park rules state that no single sex group bookings are allowed.
Holiday homes may not be let to any person under the age of 21 years.
