Caravan Description

This is our top of the range swift Bordeaux exclusive holiday home with patio doors to outside decking area. Rated prestige with decking by Haven.

The caravan is fully double glazed and central heating throughout.

Our caravan has 3 bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en-suite toilet with wash basin, along with plenty of storage and a large dressing table area, which helps when getting ready for your evenings out. The 2 twin bedrooms each have 2 single beds and are very spacious with plenty of storage.

There is also a sofa bed available in the lounge area if needed.

The family bathroom is also very spacious. It has a large shower area, toilet and wash basin, plus a mirrored cupboard and shaver point.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need, including a full size fridge and freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, water filter and full cutlery and utensils. Also, to enjoy your meal you have a 6 place dining table and chairs.

The lounge area has a 3 seater and 2 seater, free-standing sofa, a 32" TV/DVD player with a large selection of DVDs to watch, coffee table with 2 stools and selection of games and cards. There's also patio doors leading on to the decking area at the front of the caravan, which is lovely for a relaxing morning or evening drink.

If you have any dates which are not listed please ask as we hire most of the year.

90% of the time we will do a meet and greet to show you our lovely caravan and location on the site.

How to Book Your Holiday

Check the link above to see if the dates you require are available, you are more than welcome to phone or email and enquiry prior to booking.

1. All bookings are 2pm arrivals and 10am departures. If you think you will be arriving before 2pm let us know and the holiday home maybe free slightly early if possible.

2. A £100 (non-refundable) deposit is required when booking the holiday or full payment if within 8 weeks of your stay. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday, by either cash, cheque or bank transfer.

3. A £75 security deposit must also be sent with the final payment. This is to safeguard against damage that may occur. Providing the holiday home is left clean and tidy and in the condition it was let with no breakages or damage to furniture or fittings, you security deposit will be returned within 7-14 days after your holiday.

Terms & Conditions

Before booking your holiday home please take time to read these terms and conditions below.

1. Your keys can be collected from main reception at Haven by giving your details.

2. The occupier will be held responsible for any loss or damage during the stay.

3. Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price of the rental home. But these can be brought at reception on your arrival.

4. No single sex parties permitted. No groups where average age of 21 and under.

5. Any anti-social behaviour could result in you and your party being evicted from the site by Haven without any compensation.

6. Only persons named on the booking form can stay in the holiday home or the insurance is invalid.

7. The lead person on the booking form must be over 21 years of age at the time of the booking.

8. No smoking what so ever in the holiday home.

9. No pets allowed.

10. We cannot accept any responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage during your stay.

11. We are unable to accept liability for disturbances due to workmen, other holiday makers or the moving of other caravans around the park.

Finally

We hope you enjoy our lovely holiday home as much as we do. As a family we try and spend as much as we can here as we have an Autistic son/grandson who loves spending time here. We let it out to help pay toward the site fees and running cost of the caravan so please treat with care and enjoy your stay.
