Caravan Description
As a family with young children we have stayed on most of the big holiday parks in Newquay and Perranporth over the last 8 - 9 years. It was only when we visited Newquay Holiday Park that we felt truly at home and fell in love with the park and then the caravan, and we are sure you will too
This is an 6 berth family caravan, maintained to a high standard and situated on the Hawthorns area of the beautiful Newquay Holiday Park (Parkdean Resorts). The Hawthorn area of the park is a very quiet with all the park facilities just 5 minutes away.
Newquay Holiday Park is within a rural location, with beaches and other Newquay attractions only 3 miles away.
Our caravan, has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There are blackout curtains throughout and all mattresses, pillows and linen.
There is a large living area with lots of seating. There is also a wide screen TV with DVD and Freeview with approx 50 DVD's and books/games available for your enjoyment. The entire seating area will be steam cleaned for the new season.
The kitchen has plenty of storage space, along with a fridge and separate freezer, gas cooker, microwave and toaster, plus a full inventory of kitchenware. There is a separate dining area.
The large shower room includes shower, basin and WC and there is also a separate WC with wash basin.
The caravan is double glazed, with a gas fire and hot air blowers throughout, plus a couple of oil filled radiators should you need them.
Outside we have a large grassed play area with a big picnic table. and a large decking area with patio furniture, There is also a private parking space.
Bookings
A £100 non refundable deposit is due at time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
We also charge a £75 damage waiver deposit, which is fully refundable as long as the caravan is left in a good condition when you depart.
The damage waiver deposit is refunded by cheque one week after your departure.

Newquay Holiday Park appealed to us as its really appeals to families and couple alike; you can go and find adventure and explore or just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.The Park has 3 heated outdoor pools and a 200ft water slide, along with an amusement arcade, pitch and putt, indoor soft play area, several outdoor play areas, Tregenna Bar & Grill, Fistral Venue & Bar for family entertainment, a convenience store, launderette and family clubs.
Park passes are available to access the Park's entertainment facilities, which can be purchased separately at reception - costs may vary.
Locally you will find Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium, Fistral Beach, Watergate Bay, The Eden Project, Dairy Land, Crealy Adventure Park and much, much more - so please enjoy yourself
