Caravan Description
Our prestigious ABI Malvern holiday home is sited in a prime location with stunning panoramic sea views and green spaces to the front and side. Facilities include our own private parking space, central heating throughout and double glazing.
Lounge
There is modern decor throughout, a large comfortable sofa, amazing sea views, a 32" flat screen HD TV and Blu-Ray player and modern flame effect electric fire.
Kitchen/Dining Area
The kitchen is U shaped with a microwave, full size integrated fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, crockery and utensils. There is also a free standing dining room table with 4 chairs.
Bedrooms
The 3 bedrooms consist of a master with double bed and 2 twin bedded rooms. The beds in the second bedroom can be pushed together to make an extra double if preferred.
There is also a stow away bed in the third bedroom to free up space for a travel cot for which is provided. Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and overhead storage, and in the master bedroom you will find a hairdryer.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen provided.
Bathroom
There is spacious double shower, towel rail, toilet and wash basin, plus built-in shelving for ample storage. There is also a separate toilet with wash basin.
Towels are not provided.
Bookings
We do not accept pets and the caravan is non-smoking.
Check in is from 3pm. Check out is before 10am.
Bookings generally run for 3 or 4 nights starting on a Friday or Monday. 7 nights are available on request and a minimum of 7 nights is required for summer school holidays.
A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure the booking. The full balance is due 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday. If the balance is not paid within the agreed time your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be made. We would recommend that you consider taking out holiday insurance in case of cancellation.
Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance will need to be paid in full at time of booking.
A £50 refundable security deposit (not included in the prices) will be required. Providing that there is no damage, no items missing or the need or a prolonged clean it will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure.
Holiday passes are not included in the price.

Devon Cliffs is an amazing 5* site situated near Exmouth, which benefits from having its own private, sandy beach.There are loads of activities on site to keep all the family entertained, including indoor and outdoor pools, mini golf, amusement arcade and small soft play. There are also 2 entertainment venues for fun nights out, a gym and a spa for some relaxation. There's a choice of eateries too, including takeaways and pub food. In fact, Devon Cliffs has everything for a perfect break away.
