Caravan Description

Our 38x12 Swift Bordeaux Prestige caravan is a 3 bedroom, 8 Berth model with double glazing and central heating. It is situated on Sycamore Avenue, which is a well sought after area of Haven's Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

The caravan has a large amount of room around it for the kids to play, as well as its own private patio area with a table and chairs. Our caravan also offers a private hard standing parking bay. It also has a 16x8 decking at the front of the caravan accessible via the double doors at the front of the caravan.

It is a 10 minute walk from the main complex and beach access, and a 5 minute walk from the recently refurbished bar and restaurant, funfair, outdoor pool and boating lake.

In the lounge there is a 40" flat screen TV and DVD player, gas fire and a 3 seat and 2 seat free standing couch, one of which converts to a double bed.

The dining area has a free standing table and chairs.

The kitchen has a microwave, gas cooker with hob, oven and grill, integrated fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and full set of cooking utensils

There is a double bedroom with en-suite and vanity area, two twin bedrooms, all with adequate storage. Duvets, pillows and bedding are provided for all beds.

There is a shower room with a large shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet, bathroom shelves and mirror.

The caravan benefits from hard piped LPG gas, which means no hassle of changing gas cylinders. Gas and electricity are included in the price.

Funworks passes are not included in the rental price.

3, 4 or 7 night stays available (OR LONGER ON REQUEST) ...……. Mon-Fri, Sat-Sat, Fri-Fri, Fri-Mon.

A £75 non refundable deposit will secure the caravan. The remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday. You may also pay in instalments.

An additional security bond of £75 will be required when the final balance is paid. This will be returned no later than 2 weeks after your holiday has ended, when the caravan has been checked for damages, loss and breakages. Any damages, loss or breakages will be repaired/replaced and the remaining deposit paid to you.
