Caravan Description

We have an attractive holiday home for hire in an idyllic setting on Warren Bay Holiday Village in Somerset.

We hope that ‘Heaven Scent’ will give you the break you are looking for, where you can enjoy stunning views over the Bristol Channel at any time of year.

Our Caravan

Our Willerby Aspen is a spacious caravan that sleeps six (when using the sofa bed) and has plenty of storage space throughout. It is double glazed and has central heating, making it a comfortable stay, whatever the weather!

There is a large open plan lounge with adjoining kitchen and comfortable dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized gas hob, a gas oven/grill and overhead extractor fan, a large fridge freezer and all the appliances you need from a toasty-maker to a slow cooker, and of course a microwave.
The lounge has a 24" TV including a DVD player, as well as a Freesat box. The sofa bed unfolds to make a comfortable double bed.

There is a family bathroom with a luxurious two-seater shower, which can even be used as a shallow bath for a baby or young child. It has a thermostatic control.

The double bedroom has a king size bed, a bay window, mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite toilet with wash basin. The twin bedroom has two full length beds, which can be pushed together to make a double if preferred.

Outside

There is a generous decking area around the caravan allowing you to enjoy the sun from morning to dusk, with beautiful sunsets over the Channel. Table, chairs and parasol are provided. A beautifully planted garden and lawn accompanies the caravan.

Parking

There is room for two cars next to the caravan and plenty of parking around the site. A swipe card is provided to enable access through the main security gate out of hours.

General Information

Gas and electricity are included in the price of the holiday; there are no hidden costs.

There are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide monitors throughout the caravan. There is also a First Aid kit.

Please note, there is to be no smoking inside the caravan for the benefit of all guests wishing to use our holiday home.

All pillows and duvets are provided. Unfortunately we are unable to provide linen, at present, so please bring towels, sheets, duvet covers and pillow covers. (N.B. the double bedroom has a king size bed).

Sorry, no stag, hen or similar parties permitted due to the quiet nature of the holiday park.

Pets

A small to medium sized, well-mannered dog may be allowed by prior arrangement. The dog must not be left alone in the caravan and must be kept on a lead around the site. An extra charge of £25 will be made for cleaning costs.

Booking Arrangements

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your preferred dates. The balance is to be paid four weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If your holiday start date is within four weeks, please pay the total amount in full when booking.

A £50 security deposit is required, when booking your holiday, for any damages, which will be returned to you following your holiday.
