The lodge has full gas central heating, double glazing and patio doors to the deck area.
Enter the lodge through the Utility room to remove outdoor clothing and shoes before entering the main Lounge / Dinning / Kitchen area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with larder, large fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, built-in microwave and island with seating.
The lounge has modern comfortable sofas and arm chair. Flat screen smart TV which can be connected to the wifi and a DVD/blue-ray player.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have kingsize beds and the third has full size single beds. The master has ensuite shower, walk-in wardrobe and dressing table area. The second bedroom has a large wardrobe and dressing table. The third bedroom has wardrobe and a mirror area.
The large family bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and toilet.
The utility room has space for shoes, coat hooks, sink and washer/dryer.
This lodge is ideal for families or couples who like a little more space in their accommodation.

About the Area
The lodge is situated in the popular Naish Common area of the Hoburne Naish park, which is less than 5 a minute walk from the clubhouse, yet far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise at night.The lodge overlooks the Isle of Wight; the Needles are easily seen on a clear day.
On site facilities also include a sauna, steam room, gym, tennis courts, adventure playground, crazy golf, five-a-side football and basketball, indoor soft play for smaller children, an amusement arcade, table tennis, pool table and bars/restaurants.
Hoburne Naish has a children’s club for under 12s – Sammy the Seahorse Club. Activities run each morning and entertainment is provided each evening.
The clubhouse has 2 bars, a snack bar and restaurant.
Also on site is a fully stocked shop and launderette.
Access to the beach is direct from the holiday park and is just a 10 minute walk down the beach path.
Places to visit close to the park include The New Forest (less than a 10 minute drive), Highcliffe (5 minute drive) and Bournemouth (20 minute drive).
There are numerous activities in the area too, including Paulton’s Park and the new Peppa Pig World; Adventure Wonderland; Numerous activity farms; Splashdown Water Park; Castle Point Shopping Centre; Bournemouth Town and Pier; Poole Pottery; Tank Museum; Boat trips and fishing trips etc. Leaflets for all of these and more can be picked up from reception.
