Caravan Description
Our 2 bedroom Swift Bordeaux exclusive is situated on a large private pitch. The holiday home benefits from double glazing and central heating to all rooms. It also has its own tarmac parking area and is located in a lovely quiet area on the park where there is no through traffic.
The interior of the holiday home is very welcoming and is a real home from home. In the spacious living room there are two free standing settee's, coffee table with two cube seats underneath, TV with Freeview and DVD player. We also have a sky dish on the caravan so feel free to bring your box from home.
There are French doors in the living room that lead directly onto a large wrap around veranda where we have a modern rattan furniture set so you can sit and enjoy those lovely evenings watching the sun set.
The spacious kitchen comes complete with a gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, microwave and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery , everything you need for preparing family meals.
The master bedroom has a en-suite toilet, kingsize bed, flatscreen TV with built in freeveiw and DVD player. There is plenty of storage, large wardrobes, drawers and a large vanity area. The second bedroom is a twin room with a wardrobe and cupboards.
The main family bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle with power shower, modern sink unit, shaver point and toilet.
All bedding is provided as part of your stay.
How to book
Our beautiful holiday home can be reserved for a £50 non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment is either by cheque or direct bank transfer and can be paid in installments or in one lump sum at any point before the due date. A £50 breakage bond is also required but this will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure after inspection by ourselves.
This is strictly a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS holiday home. Evidence of either will unfortunately result in customers being billed for a deep clean.
Funworks passes are NOT included in the price of your holiday but these can easily be purchased from the main reception area on arrival.
Please note - Towels are not provided, please bring any towels that you will require.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is Haven’s flagship Park on the east coast.On site facilities include 2 heated indoor and 1 outdoor swimming pools, funfair, go karts, mini golf, football, tennis, fishing and a boating lake, plus many more activities. The beach is fully accessible from the site.
Also on site there are 2 show clubs and bingo, a Starbucks coffee lounge, Papa John's Pizza Restaurant, Mash & Barrel restaurant/bar and a fish and chip shop.
There is a fully equipped supermarket for your convenience, with a gift shop and bakery. A cash point machine and launderette are also available on site.

There are many places to visit nearby, e.g. Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, North Yorkshire Moors, Flamingoland Zoo and Theme Park, Eden Camp, plus many more attractions.
