Caravan Description
Our comfortable, child and dog friendly caravan has fantastic sea views and is in a quieter area of the park with plenty of play space around.
The caravan sleeps 6–8 people and has one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds in each. One of the single beds folds against the wall to make room for a travel cot if required. The seating in the lounge converts to sleep two extra people if needed. The caravan has a fire in the lounge area and warm air heating in the bedrooms.
It is well equipped with a full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, TV with built in DVD player. We have also left a small selection of DVDs, books and games for rainy days.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle as well as a heated towel rail.
The master bedroom has a double bed with a dressing table and wardrobe.
The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and a small cupboard.
We can also provide you with a travel cot on request, free of charge (for Health & Safety reasons you will need to bring your own mattress).
All beds have pillows and duvets as well as mattress protectors. You will need to supply your own bedding – sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases plus towels and tea towels.
There is a small slabbed area outside the caravan with table and 4 chairs so you can enjoy the views on sunny days. There is also a large storage box which you are welcome to use for toys, buckets and spades etc.

Devon Cliffs is a 5 Star Haven site situated a short distance along the coast between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. Exmouth has a train station from where the site is accessible by bus and taxi.Devon Cliffs has excellent facilities and entertainment to suit all ages.
