Caravan Description
With double glazing, insulated walls and ceiling, plus heating in every room, our 2 bedroom ‘deluxe plus’ caravan is a real home from home.
Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed.
It has one large double bedroom (plenty of room for a cot or travel cot, both of which can be hired on site) with an en-suite WC, a second bedroom with twin single beds and a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
Outside,there is parking to one side of the caravan, a large patio area on the other side. And a seating area at the rear, which is a real sun trap most of the day and evening.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors ARE supplied for all beds, but bed linen is NOT supplied (again this can be hired on site).
The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 ring gas cooker with grill, a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a good selection of cooking pans, dishes and utensils, along with all crockery etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided for your use.
The lounge has comfortable seating and a 32” flat screen TV, and a DVD player . The dining table comfortably seats 6, and a high chair is available for our younger guests.
For those who would find it easier to payment Plans can be worked out with you, but the final payment is always due 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
A £100 loss/damage deposit is required which is returnable within 7 days providing the caravan and contents are returned as found.
Entertainment passes are NOT included in our price.
The conditions of Perran Sands stipulate that single sex parties are NOT permitted.

About the Area
The caravan is ideally situated close to the site’s many amenities, which include heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Including a recently installed lazy river, bars (including a sports bar), restaurants, a pizza take away, fish and chip shop, supermarket , cash machine, a fully equipped gym, crazy golf, all-weather football and basketball court, archery, amusement arcade, live entertainment complex, children's clubs and entertainment and children's playgrounds.There is also now a lazy river attached to the outdoor pool area which the children (and adults) love
It is an easy 2 minute walk to the top of the beach path and surfing lessons are available. The beach is stunning, and there are lifeguards on duty throughout the season.
When the tide is out, it is a lovely walk along the beach to Perranporth village, past the famous Watering Hole beach bar and restaurant.
For golf enthusiasts Perranporth Golf Club is right next door to the site.
Perranporth village has an abundance of bars (including a Wetherspoons), restaurants, surf shops and gift shops.
Places to Visit Nearby
Newquay is approximately a 10 - 15 minute drive. Truro is approximately 20 minutes away, which has everything you could expect from a small city. You can also take a boat trip to Falmouth for the day along the beautiful Helford River from here.
Hayle, St Ives, Penzance and Land’s End are also a reasonable drive away, as is the Eden Project.
A bus does run at hourly intervals from the site to Newquay and Truro, during the peak season.
