Caravan Description

3 bedroom caravan for hire on the Paddocks area of Butlins in Skegness, near the security office to the front of the site and close to the tunnel over to the attractions.

The caravan is very modern with double glazing and central heating, along with all new contents and bedding. Bed linen can be hired for an extra cost; please ask.

There is a washing machine in the shed for guests to use free of charge.

The caravan is on a nice private spot with a UPVC veranda with table and chairs to relax in the sun, along with its own tarmac parking space.

The caravan has a large open plan centre lounge with feature fireplace, a 32" TV/DVD combi and a PlayStation 2 with games.

The modern kitchen has an integrated fridge and freezer, plus modern appliances. There is also a freestanding dining table and chairs and large French doors to the veranda.

The modern layout has 2 twin bedrooms (both with TV/DVD combi) with a shower room and WC at one side of the lounge Also to this side is a large boiler room which also houses a travel cot, highchair, bed guard, iron and ironing board, plus lots of toys and games for guests to use. To the other side of the living area we have a large master bedroom with king size bed, large dressing table with hairdryer on the wall and a large wardrobe with cupboard at the top which houses another TV/DVD combi. There is also an en-suite to the master bedroom with another shower, WC and sink.

This is an ideal family caravan with its modern layout and beautiful contents, which is why our guests return time and again.

Butlins Passes are included in our hire costs for up to 6 people.

Butlins is close to Fantasy Island and Skegness town centre.
