Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 6 berth holiday home
This clean, comfortable and cosy home is complete with a large decking area situated in the sun, private parking, stunning views, set in a quiet location at the top of the park and close to the beautiful Cornish beaches.
Our beautiful, well maintained home is located on Newquay Caravan Park, which is a friendly, quiet, relaxing Parkdean caravan site, complete with on-site facilities such as 3x swimming pools, club house, entertainment, arcades, golf course and plenty of parks for children.
Our modern home has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite, 1 twin with 2 single beds and a pull-out bed in the lounge, comfortably accommodating 6 people. The master bedroom has a TV, we also provide a bed guard.
It benefits from having central heating, a modern coal effect fireplace and double glazing.
There is a family bathroom with a shower and toilet.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and slimline dishwasher, along with an open plan living area with family table and chairs, plus a TV with Freeview and DVD player in the lounge area.
Outside is your own parking space, with a lovely decking area which can be accessed from the French doors of the lounge, so plenty of space to relax and take in the sites! Patio table and chairs are provided on the decking area.
Linen is NOT included but can be provided for an additional £30, this includes towels, tea towels, oven glove and bath mat.
This family friendly park offers a policy of no large groups of single sex parties, which makes it ideal for people who are looking for that relaxing break set in a quiet and friendly atmosphere.
Passes for the club/entertainment can be collected from reception for a small charge per person.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 secures your booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday. A ‘good housekeeping bond’ of £100 is also charged, which is fully refundable once the holiday home has been checked following your departure and everything found to be in good order.
Please contact us regarding any last minute bookings as these are also welcome.
Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am, Saturday to Saturday. If you have different days in mind please contact us.

There are lots of attractions near by such as Crealy Adventure Park, Holywell Bay, Rick Stein's restaurant at Padstow, Dairy Land, Port Issac (made famous by Doc Martin TV series), Jamie Oliver’s restaurant and plenty more.
It is ideal for families, couples, surfers and anyone who wants to just take in those gorgeous Cornish sites!
