Thank you for taking the time to view our lovely caravan holiday home, located on the 5 Star Primrose Valley Holiday Park; Haven's flagship park near Filey in North Yorkshire.
Our holiday home caravan is located on a corner plot of Oak Meadows, less than 5 minutes walk from the main complex, playing fields and the Lakeside pools and restaurant.
There is heating throughout the caravan to keep you nice and warm during those times when the weather is not as good as we'd like.
Car parking is available to the side or opposite our caravan and there is also a grassed area to the side; perfect for relaxing or having a BBQ.
Living Room & Dining Area
The living room and dining area benefits from an open plan seating design, flat screen TV, dining table and large floor space suitable for a variety of uses such as a child's play mat, space for a travel cot or simply to stretch your legs out from the sofa.
The Kitchen has everything you would expect for food preparation and cooking. This include a cooker, four ring gas hob, oven and grill, a microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster and electric tin opener. There is also a full complement of pans, frying pans and utensils, along with plates, glasses (including wine glasses) and mugs/cups etc.
There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin, sleeping up to 6 people. All bedrooms have wardrobe space with mirror. Full bedding for the required amount of people **IS** supplied and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Bathing & WC
The bathroom benefits from a large shower area, sink, toilet, shelving space and a shaving mirror. There is also a separate toilet room with sink.
We include tea, coffee, sugar, milk and even toilet roll upon your arrival.
Up to two small to medium sized, house trained, well behaved and obedient pet dogs are allowed to stay.
We are owners of a dog and believe your dog is part of your family and should be able to enjoy your holiday with you.
Please Note: Although we do our very best to keep the caravan as clean as possible, if you are a family without pets or are allergic to pet hair, this may not be the caravan of choice for you. Although we clean to the highest standards we can, you always end up with those odd stray pet hairs playing hide and seek. If you are a pet owner, you will understand this.
Prices, Terms & Conditions
This caravan is much loved by our family and we would love you to stay and enjoy your time here as much as we do. All we ask is that you treat it with the same respect as we do and leave it in the same condition you'll have found it.
Accidents happen. We will not jump down your throat and keep your "Damage Bond" because you broke a plate or a glass. The Damage Bond is there to help protect from malicious, mischievous or undue care damage and is standard practice with caravan hire.
As you can see from above, we really have and will continue to go that extra mile to provide a holiday home which is hassle free.
Booking though Haven, or many other private owners, means you have to bring everything with you, including toilet rolls!!! Booking with us means you only have to bring your clothes, toiletries, towels and any personal items you may wish to bring.
Obviously you will require food and drink, and there is a Tesco supermarket 2 miles away in Filey and a 24 Hour Tesco 8 miles away in Bridlington.

Please read the 'Booking Conditions' below. These are also standard practice with caravan hire, although we felt you should be able to read them at the time of viewing, rather than when booking, so no nasty surprises are met with.
Total Cost of Caravan Hire
Deposit - A £50 per stay deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance - The balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday, or in full immediately if less than 8 weeks prior to your stay.
Arrival time to be after 2pm. Keys are obtained via a Key Safe, you will receive the code for this a short time before your arrival date, after your balance has been paid in full. Lost keys will be charged for at £30 per set (the cost of replacing locks).
Departure time no later than 10am.
The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form, which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible for the entire party.
Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male / all female parties.
The lead guest must be over 21 years of age.
For the comfort of other guests, we ask that you do not smoke in the caravan.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any breakages or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer.
A £75 'Damage Security Bond' is payable at the same time as your full payment. This will be refunded within 10 working days of the completion of your holiday, as long as no damage or loss occurred.
Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Funworks passes are not included in the caravan hire cost. If required, these may be purchased at reception on arrival or we can arrange this for you in advance. We will send you all the necessary paperwork.
If, in the opinion of us or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and notify us in writing within 3 days.
In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply:
Numbers of days in advance of holiday start date cancellation charges are payable:
Length of Time - 56 days or more Cancellation Charge - Deposit
Length of Time - 55 to 29 days Cancellation Charge - 50% of the total holiday cost
Length of Time - 28 days or less Cancellation Charge - 100% of the total holiday cost.
If we are able to re-let the caravan to a new family, we will refund you, less any losses incurred in the process, including a Late Deal sale.
We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
