Caravan Description
Our 6 berth caravan is privately owned and sited on the beautiful Southview Leisure Park.
Now with Central Heating
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin with twin beds, all with fitted wardrobes. All duvets and pillows are provided for the beds, you just need to bring your own linen and towels. We can however, supply these for a small fee.
The lounge and dining area is very comfortable with a new flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker, microwave , fridge and toaster, in fact everything you would need for a self catering holiday.
The bathroom consists of a shower, a wash basin and a separate toilet.
There is also a vacuum cleaner, clothes-airer, iron and ironing board.
All your gas and electric is included at no extra cost.
Bookings
The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (site rules).
Lead name must be over 21 years old.
All names of persons staying in the caravan must be given at time of booking.
Please note: If you have children staying, be aware that the fishing lakes and water features are NOT fenced off.
A £75 deposit per week is required to secure your booking. New bookings will be held for 5 days to allow for deposit payment to be received.
The final balance must be paid no later than 28 days before commencement of holiday or the caravan may be re-let and your deposit forfeited.
A £75 security bond will be added to the final price. This will be refunded within 7/10 working days of your departure, providing there are no breakages, loss or damage and left clean and tidy.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

About the Area
Southview Leisure Park is a beautiful 5* holiday park that has been awarded 'Gold Star' status for the past few years. There are amenities on site that will suit all preferences, such as: New 2013 indoor pool with jacuzzi and water chute, children’s pool and seating areas; Sunbeds and sauna; Fully equipped gym and multi sports court; Fishing lakes and 9 hole golf course; Bowling green and recently extended snooker lounge; Children’s playground and play park; Daily entertainment and activities for all the family; Family evenings with live entertainment in The Lakeview Family Showbar, which also has a food and takeaway service; The Boathouse Bar and Restaurant and The Orangery Restaurant; A new extended amusement arcade, plus internet café; Nisa convenience store and launderette.Please note: Some of the above will require passes for entry. Passes can be purchased from reception on site.
There are many attractions in and around Skegness to suit all tastes and the sandy unspoilt beaches stretch from Skegness to Mablethorpe. At Ingoldmells you have Fantasy Island and Europe's largest 7 day market. The Natureland Seal Sanctuary in Skegness will be interesting and fun for all the family and there is also a seal sanctuary and nature centre at Mablethorpe. A short distance from the centre of Skegness is the Village Church Farm which is Lincolnshire's only open air museum and gives a great feeling of times past. Then you have the opposite extreme with Skegness Stadium showing fantastic car and bike stunts, stock car, banger racing and monster trucks.
Southview Leisure Park has its own 24 hour secrurity force.
There is also a full entertainment programme during the Christmas and New Year breaks
