Caravan Description

We are pleased to offer for hire a 7 night caravan holiday at Park Dean, Lower Hyde Holiday Park in Shanklin on the Isle of Wight.

Fancy having a lovely caravan holiday at Lower Hyde, where the entertainment is professional and the caravan location is perfect for families as it's only a short walk away from the main entertainment complex and play park?

You can spend a relaxing holiday in our 36' x 12' ABI Arizona, 3 bedroom, Gold caravan, which can accommodate up to 8 people.

Reserved parking is available next to the caravan, which is on a premium pitch.

All electricity and gas is included in the price with unlimited usage.

The caravan has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and electric coal effect fire in the living room, along with a microwave etc. in the fully equipped kitchen.
There is a shower room and toilet.

Please note: Towels, tea towels and oven gloves are not provided

The caravan offers heating in each room.
The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull-out bed in the front room. Linen, quilts and pillows are included and bed linen is provided, with required beds made ready for your arrival - all included in the price.

There is a pub style table to enjoy that alfresco meal or just sit around a warm evening, wine not provided.

Access is at any time after 2pm by way of a key safe; the number is changed after each let, so no queuing at reception and also means you could use cheap ferry crossing and arrive after reception has closed.
The caravan must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
The midnight ferry out of Portsmouth can be as low as £24 for a car and passengers.
From ferry to caravan is approximately 20mins so you could be tucked up in bed by 01.30.
For those who don’t want to drive, take the hovercraft or catamaran from Southsea to Ryde and the train from Ryde Pier Head ends opposite the park entrance.
There is a good bus service around the Island, a small supermarket on site.
Lidls, Aldi and Co-op supermarkets are a few hundred yards from the Park entrance and Shanklin has plenty to offer.
The beach is approximately 10mins drive or 20mins walk, sandy and has is Life Guard patrolled most days in summer.
The Club houses have been revamped this year and the smaller part that used to just be a café is now a Bar Restaurant; called The Barnhouse, which means there is now somewhere to sit and have a drink away from the noise and bustle of the main Club House.
For those who love their Real Ale Park Dean are serving 2 Real Ales for the first time, one in the Barnhouse and another in the Main Club House called the Hyde View.
A good pub; with usually a local brew on, is an easy stagger; oops sorry, walk from the park entrance

Bookings.

A £50 deposit secures your holiday, with the balance payable 4 weeks before your holiday.

An interest free payment scheme is available if required - please feel free to text, call or e-mail for details.

Nights can be variable - less or more that 7 nights.

A £100 damage deposit is also required. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked for damage/missing items or keys, (all of which is chargeable). Your deposit will be refunded a week after your holiday.

Any damage/missing items in excess of your damage deposit will also be charged to you.

When you have paid you will be sent a booking form, along with the site's Terms & Conditions. The booking form must be returned within 7 days of receipt or I reserve the right to cancel your booking. In signing the booking form you agree to the Terms & Conditions.
