Caravan Description
Located on Domain De Bel Air in Landudec, Brittany, our mobile home offers great living space, including a kitchen, seating area and dining area with Freeview TV.
The three bedrooms comprise one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is also a shower room.
You can choose to dine inside or outside on the spacious decking area where a barbecue is available for your use - all the utensils you need are also provided.
Conditions of Hire
1. We require a deposit of £100 when you book your holiday. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the holiday starts.
2. A sum of £100 must be paid with the deposit to cover any loss or damage. This £100 will be returned if the cleaner finds no problems the day after you leave. Any breakages will be charged for from the £100 and the balance returned to you.
3. Pillows, mattresses and duvets are all provided. You will need to bring all your own towels, sheets, pillow cases and dish cloths.
4. Check Out: 10 am.

About the Area
Booking fees include access to the Domaine De Bel Air park, which is well equipped for all ages and includes fishing, pedalos, water slides, crazy golf and lots more. There’s also kids’ clubs and entertainment on site with indoor and outdoor pools, laundry facilities if needed, a small restaurant and take away, plus an on-site shop.There are lots of places to visit locally if you can get the kids off the park. There is a supermarket just down the road and lots of creperies.
The nearest beach is 10 minutes away however, there are many to choose from - our favourites are Pointe De Raz and Concarneau.
There are maps and lots of information in reception and staff are always happy to help.
