Caravan Description
Our three bedroom mobile home on the award winning, 5* Holiday Green site, which is close to Frejus, Cannes and Nice and is situated on a very secluded and private plot.
The mobile home has 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin, one bunk), complete with air conditioning, a shower room and separate toilet, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area.
Facilities within the mobile home include a toaster, kettle, Espresso machine, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer, DVD player and UK Satellite TV.
Outside we have a spacious decking area with full outdoor cooking station, complete with a large table and 6 matching chairs, sunbeds, parasol, electric BBQ and an electric oven/grill. The decking has been extended in 2017 to make it one of the largest on site.

Please note that although we do provide quilts and pillows, bed linen and towels are not provided (bed linen must be used). However, this is available for a small fee from our management company who are situated on site and available to provide any assistance that you may need during your stay. An airport transfer service can also be arranged for a fee to and from Nice Airport.
Bookings & Conditions
The mobile home will be available from 2pm on the day you arrive and guests are asked to vacate by 10am on the morning of your departure.
Deposit - £200 per booking deposit is required with your booking, this is non-refundable. A £200 breakage/cleaning deposit is payable with your final balance. This will be fully refunded once we have confirmation from our management company of no breakages or excess cleaning.
All guests over 13 years of age are required to pay the local government tourist tax of 0.61 euros per day, this is to be paid by the guests on arrival and is therefore not included in the cost.
Payment - To be paid in full 6 weeks before your stay. Payment via bank transfer.
Cancellation - If you cancel your holiday within 28 days of your arrival date, your payment is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if full payment has not been received by the due date.

About the Area
Holiday Green is one of the best sites on the French Riviera and is set in 15 hectares of beautiful, multi-level pine forest. This 5* site is approximately 7km from the pretty beaches in Frejus and Saint Raphael.The park has three swimming pools; a large Californian style pool, a heated indoor swimming pool with slides and a children's pool. There is also a separate area with Jacuzzi spas, a gym, mini golf, archery, 3 tennis courts and a children's playground.
On site, there is a fully equipped supermarket, launderette, restaurant and bar. There is also a spa and free Wi-Fi on site (new for 2016).
In high season, Holiday Green operate a daily shuttle bus from site to the local beaches as well as sightseeing trips.
Frejus is ideally located on the French Riviera for trips to Cannes, Nice or even a day trip to Monaco as well as St Tropez and Saint Maxime. Other local places include Aqualand waterpark, Frejus Zoo and Marineland at Antibes. The famous Gorge du Verdun is worth a visit with breathtaking scenery, there are also many other attractions for you to visit.
Please Note - Holiday Green for security reasons operate a wristband system with the charges set for this year at 10 Euros per person per day, children under 2 are free. In peak season (July/August), our rental charges include 4 wristbands.
