Caravan Description
Our mobile home for hire on Les Charmettes is situated just a few minutes away from the main complex.
It is an Atlas Mirage, 35 x 12, 40m2 holiday home with panoramic lounge, which is fully equipped with everything you could need to make your stay a pleasant one.
The mobile home is surrounded with green hedges and its location in a cul-de-sac provides perfect quietness. Its aspect allows for pleasant breakfasts and mornings watching the rising sun from the 18m2 wood covered decking. Also outside is a small grassed garden with BBQ and deck chairs.
Ideally suited for 6-8 persons, the mobile home has 3 bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom with full size shower and a separate WC.
In the kitchen you will find a microwave oven, 4 ring cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, plus a fan.
In summer vhen heat is unbearable you can turn on air conditining with advantage
The lounge has a 32" flat screen, LCD TV, along with a separate dining area.
Provided for your convenience is a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, hair dryer, games, books and pens.
We also provide a baby kit, comprising child's bed, plastic dishes etc., a high chair and body barrier.
Outside there is the possibility to park 2 cars.
All mattress covers are changed for each stay.
This is a very clean mobile home so NO smoking and NO animals allowed.
We do ask that all outside shoes are removed upon entry into the mobile home.

About the Area
Welcome to France – Les Charmettes is in the middle of the French Atlantic coast between Royan and the glorious town of La Rochelle.The micro-climate is fantastic and the landscape superb.
Here, you are in a 4 star village camping site, with activities for all the family. All around you can see aged pine forests, wide fine sandy beaches, traditional fishing ports, wine areas such as prestigious Cognac, Medoc and Bordeaux, and colourful and authentic villages with a variety of shops, restaurants and takeaway facilities.
Les Charmettes activities and facilities include:
- Small supermarket, restaurant, bar, pizzeria, pancake restaurant, takeaway, launderette, hair salon
- 5 swimming pools – heated pool covered with jacuzzi, outdoor swimming pools with water slides and paddling pool; lifeguards are very vigilant
- Activities for all and children’s clubs with group leaders (0 to 14 years), bike hire, 5 tennis courts, mini-golf, pétanque, billiards, playgrounds, football, volleyball, archery, fitness, sport activities and organised games
- Spectacles cabaret and night animations each day in the greatest théâtre
Book directly with the owner
At the reservation, a cheque for 30% of the total amount is required. The balance must be paid one month before the arrival date.
Also required is a security deposit cheque of 800 Euro, plus a household deposit cheque for 80 Euro. The two cheques are not banked and will be returned by mail within two weeks of the inventory made on the day of your departure.
We also ask you to provide your insurance certificate covering your stay.
Pay by cheque, cash and bank transfer
Water, electricity, gas and taxe de séjour is included in the hire price.
Fun passes and Wi-Fi access is not included in the hire price. Entertainment Fun passes can be purchased when you arrive on site, or by internet with reduced price.
Pillows and duvets will be provided for 8 persons. Linen is not provided, so don’t forget to bring yours sheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases, towels and bath towels with you.
Entrance to the site is 24 hours, with a private access code.
