About the Area
Camping du Quinquis is a British owned site in South Brittany, set in the countryside with great on site facilities, such as a bar with quiz nights, major sports events on TV and band nights. Throughout the high season there are many on-site events organised by Andrew and Carol, the friendly and helpful couple who own and run Quinquis. These include talent shows, Olympic games, football matches, archery and plenty more.Lovely beaches can be found 2 km away, with restaurants and shops just a short drive.
There is plenty to see and do in Le Pouldu and other local towns such as Doelan, Guidel, Quimperle, Concarneau and Clohars-Carnoet. There are supermarkets and hypermarkets in nearby towns too, as well as local markets open most days of the week at one town or another, with a good selection of local produce available.
There are local cafes and bars to explore along with other activities such as canoeing, forest trails, golf, jet ski, an ostrich farm and Quinquis zoom to mention just a few.
