Luxury 3 bedroom mobile home to let on Les Charmettes.
Our mobile home is extremely well-equipped with mains electricity, a combi boiler and double glazing throughout. Although it is 7 years old it has been well looked after and maintained to a high standard.
The mobile home comprises:
Lounge - With English TV and DVD player, large comfortable seating area with coffee table, electric fire, patio door to decking and a breakfast table and chairs.
Kitchen & Dining Area - With full gas oven, grill and hob with hood extractor fan, large fridge freezer, a steamer, George Foreman grill and halogen oven, all kitchen utensils and a dining table with four chairs and two stools (located under the sofa).
There is also a washing machine located in the cupboard underneath the boiler, plus a tumble drier which is located on the decking.
Bathroom - With superb shower in a large cubicle, a heated towel rail, WC and wash basin.
Bedrooms - The spacious main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and cupboards, plus an en-suite with shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds and wardrobe space. All bedrooms have an electric heater and all beds have a quilt and pillows. Customers must provide their own bedding and towels
Outside - Decking area with large sun canopy, side covers and zipped door, which can be rolled up or let down to fully enclose the decking. There is also a table with 8 chairs and outside lighting to allow you to enjoy late summer evenings. The garden is private and a sun trap, with a gas barbecue at the top of the garden. At the bottom of the garden is a shed, which contains adult bikes and a set of golf clubs that you are welcome to use.
Our mobile home is a three minute walk away to the main facilities.

About the Area
Les Charmettes - this is a fantastic first class holiday park which prides itself on its cleanliness, safety and friendliness of all its staff. Amenities and attractions are second to none and these include a fully air conditioned entertainments hall with events for adults and children daily. The pool is open from 10.00 a.m. to 7.15 p.m. in the summer months, comprising of three children's pools, slides, outdoor and indoor swimming pools with a Jacuzzi. It is well staffed at all times, making it a very safe place for children. there is a bar and a restaurant attached providing refreshments throughout the day, together with an ice cream parlour and crepery.Les Charmettes is immaculately kept and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The management makes every effort to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that nobody’s holiday is spoiled by unruly individuals.
Fun Passes are required to access all of these facilities which can be obtained either through ourselves or at reception at a cost of 35 euros for adults and 18 euros for children over 4 per week. Various children's play parks are placed around the campsite together with bike hire, tennis courts, crazy golf, boules, archery, football, Take away food and a fully equipped shop. A visit from the Circus happens in the summer months.
Around and about you can find plenty of safe cycle paths, either through the forest or alongside the road, all heading towards the beach and Zoo at La Palymre. The Zoo is the biggest in France and extremely busy in the summertime so take a picnic and enjoy a full day. The area is known for its fantastic seafood, local wines and beautiful beaches. Other places to visit are La Rochelle, Ile d'Oleron, Royan, Saint Palais sur mer, Mornac, Cognac, Brouage, Ile de re, Talmont, Meschers and Sainte and information regarding these areas and other local places can be found on site. Go Karting and horse riding can be found nearby.
La Palymre also has the biggest zoo in France, which is well worth a visit. Places to visit by car would include beautiful resorts such as St. Palais, Royan, Chatelailon and the islands of Ile d’Oleron and ile de Re.
Don’t assume the region only offers beaches, there are some lovely villages and towns to enjoy too. The local typically French village of Les Mathes is a lovely place (try a gentle 10 minute cycle ride for your morning bread and the morning markets). La Rochelle is a must and Cognac, Saintes, Brouage, Fouras and the Islands should not be missed. The local outdoor markets are full of interests and packed with temptations.
