Caravan Description
Our three bedroom mobile home offers good, spacious, air conditioned accommodation for up to eight people, on the popular site of Les Charmettes.
The mobile home has had little use and is in very good condition.
The accommodation consists of a large lounge area, dining area and modern fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, which includes a side by side fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker, kettle, etc.
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe and shelving unit. The further two bedrooms have single beds, which can easily be pushed together to make a double, plus fitted wardrobes.
There is also the option of a pull-out double bed within the lounge area.
There is a modern bathroom comprising toilet, basin and shower. There is also a separate second toilet.
Also provided is a TV with Freesat facility.
Outside is a private garden with large patio providing table and chairs for eight, plus a gas BBQ and 4 sun loungers.
Pillows and duvets are provided. You will need to provide your own bed linen and towels.
The caravan has mains gas and English electrical sockets. It also has a gas fire within the lounge and air conditioning unit, plus a separate fan.

About the Area
Les Charmettes is a 4 star Siblu flagship site that offers a wide range of excellent facilities and entertainment for adults and children of all ages.There is a large pool complex, which includes a large outdoor pool with water slides, beach pool and waterfall, an indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi and a children;s pool complete with pirate ship. Free sunbeds and sunshades are provided. The pool complex is both safe and secure with fully trained lifeguards on duty at all times.
The site provides a great number of sports facilities, which includes tennis, table tennis, archery, mini golf, volley ball and football. Cycle hire is also available on site.
Three children's clubs are available, catering for ages 1 - 4 years, 5 - 9 years and 10 - teens, with both morning and afternoon sessions.
There is a wide variety of entertainment all season round in the entertainment complex, which also contains restaurants and bars.
There is also a well stocked supermarket, laundry facility and hairdressers.
The site is extremely clean and well maintained with both English and French speaking staff.
Les Charmettes is located near to the seaside resort of La Palmyre, which offers beautiful sandy beaches, shops and restaurants and one of the largest zoos in France. There is also a golf course and Hippodrome for local horse racing. The site is surrounded by cycle paths and beautiful forests.
A surf school is also available for all ages nearby.
