Caravan Description
I have a 35x10 Cosalt, 6 berth caravan to let at Thorness Bay Holiday Park, which is situated within easy reach of the main complex.
My caravan is fully furnished and consists of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a living area and separate dining area, kitchen and shower room.
It is fully furnished with all you need for a comfortable, clean and enjoyable holiday.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, all crockery, utensils, and pots and pans.
The living area has a comfortable seating area with a large flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and gas fire.
In the dining area your will find comfortable seating with a dining table.
Within the shower room there is a shower, hand basin and flushing WC.
There is one double room and two twin bedrooms. All bed linen is supplied and beds will be made up for you on your arrival.
Bookings
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday, or immediately if a booking is made within 6 weeks of commencement.
A £50 refundable key deposit against damages and excessive cleaning is required in addition and is payable with your final balance. This will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected, the inventory checked and everything found to be in order.
Well behaved house trained pets are welcome.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the caravan.
I do ask that all shoes are removed on entry to the caravan.

About the Area
The caravan is situated on Thorness Bay Holiday Park, just 3 miles from Cowes on the Isle of Wight, and offers fabulous panoramic views over the Solent, where during August and September you can sit on the nearby rustic beach and watch the famous Cowes Boat Race.For the keen rambler Thorness Bay is situated on the coastal path, providing some fantastic walks.
There are bus links close to the Park reception, which go to Newport town centre where you will find a wide choice of restaurants, local Pubs and shops.
Facilities on site include an indoor swimming pool with slide, and adventure playground, all day activity workshops for all the family and kids' clubs. There is also the Boathouse Restaurant & Bar with a Regatta Showbar for evening entertainment.
Entertainment passes can be purchased when you arrive on site.
Also on site is a shop that provides a range of essentials, along with a launderette (please check opening times).
