Brand new, 2 bedroom, extra wide, 6 berth, 2015 model holiday home, situated in the private owners area of Mullion Holiday Park on the Lizard Peninsular.
Double glazing and central heating throughout, making it warm and cosy in the cooler months.
Only a short drive away from many beautiful beaches and attractions.
Private parking available next to holiday home.
Our holiday home sleeps up to 6 people. We have one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a full size oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space.
There is a flatscreen TV in the lounge with Freeview and a DVD player, ample sofa seating and remote control gas fire.
Our dining area comfortably seats 6 people and is separate from the sofa seating.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin with chrome towel rail.
Duvets, pillows and linen is provided, but towels and tea towels are not.
Bookings
A £50 deposit is required to secure your holiday, with payment in full required 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
Short breaks, mid week breaks and long weekends available.

About the Area
Mullion Holiday Park is ideally situated for family holidays. It is only a 10 minute drive from the spectacular Kynance Cove and a short drive from many other award winning beaches, which are sandy and suitable for surfing, rock pooling and swimming.There are numerous National Trust properties nearby (St. Michaels Mount) and many of them have activities for children during the holidays.
Sainsbury's, Tesco and Lidl are all a 10 minute drive away in Helston. Flambards Amusement Park is also in Helston.
Mullion Hoilday Park is a 4* park which is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The Park has an indoor heated pool and 2 outdoor pools all of which have timetabled children's activities. There is an Amusement Arcade which caters for adults and children. Children's clubs are available during the holidays for 4 - 15 year olds. Entertainment is available every evening at the Stargate club for the whole family. There is a choice of places to eat, the Kynance Bar/Grill with Costa Coffee and free Wi-Fi and Big Munch take away.
Convenience store, kids sweet shop, cash machine and launderette are also on site. Outdoor adventure playground, Crazy Golf and Crazy Caves indoor play area for children. Multi sports court, grassed football pitch and nature trail are all also within the park.
Some activities do require a Park Pass. ( Indoor pool, Kids clubs and Stargate Entertainment Club). Passes cost £12 per person per week during peak times and £8 per person per week during low season. These are available from the Reception.
