Welcome to our bright and comfortable, fully centrally heated, double glazed, BK Bluebird Lulworth holiday home, located in a lovely, quiet, frontline pitch at Haven's Seashore Holiday Park, in between Great Yarmouth and Caister.

We consider our holiday home to be perfect for a lovely, quiet break away by the sea, for a golfing break, some peace and quiet.

Our caravan is much loved and we do expect our guests to treat it with respect, leaving it clean and tidy as they would expect to find it. If this is not for you and you are unable to respect this, we kindly ask you not to book our caravan please!

The caravan is strictly non-smoking.

Our home-from-home caravan has 2 lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate more than 4 guests.

The caravan has front opening patio doors in the lounge which open onto a lovely safe decking area with patio furniture, lockable gate and breathtaking sea views, a great place to sit and relax with a refreshing drink, watching the world go by. There is beach access just a short walk from our front door through the site.

In the lounge there is a comfy, free standing, 3 piece suite, fixed units, colour flat screen 32" TV, DVD player, Sky TV and a flame effect fire with stone effect surround. There are numerous board games, playing cards, CDs, DVDs ,with games, and jigsaws stored in the lounge to keep you entertained.

The modern kitchen includes an integrated fridge and freezer, lovely full size gas cooker and microwave. This is where the dining area is located, complete with free standing dining table and 4 chairs, and is fully stocked with all the utensils and crockery you will need (in particular - the all important cork screw!) You will also find all the basic essentials, tea, coffee, condiments etc and just kindly request that if you use the last of anything you just replace it! The van really is home from home!

The lovely main bedroom is fitted with a double divan bed, double wardrobes, dressing table, 19” TV and with the added luxury of its own an en-suite toilet and wash room. The other bedroom is smaller with twin beds which be pushed together to make a double bed. There is also a built in wardrobe, dressing table and cupboards. There is also a full sized, walk-in power shower room with another toilet and wash basin.

The caravan is fitted with double glazing and has a gas combi boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms and is really cozy, lovely and warm. Plenty of hot water is available on demand,

A full veranda surrounds the caravan, and catches the sun most of the day. Enjoy the patio table and chairs, relax and enjoy sunny days taking in the fabulous view.

Our holiday home is ideally situated out of the way on a quiet, frontline pitch with fabulous sea views, but still with close access to the beach and breathtaking dune walks just a short walk away. It's a 5 minute walk away from the main amenities and entertainment complex at the Haven Seashore Holiday Park.

Gas and Electricity are included in the cost.

Duvets & pillows are provided but not bed linen or towels.

Also included is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer so you can travel light!

You will need to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets, along with towels and a couple of tea towels. Bed linen and towels can be made available from the Haven site if requested at additional charge.

Important Information & Notes for Potential Guests

We expect all guests to treat our caravan with respect and leave it as they find it, i.e. clean, tidy and ready for subsequent guests. Our family and friends use the caravan regularly and we only lease it to cover our annual Haven site ground rent.

All breakages must be paid for!

We do not allow ‘singles groups’ consisting of all female or all male parties and all lead guests must also be aged 21 or over, as per Haven's park policy.

The caravan is strictly no smoking.

A £100 non-refundable deposit secures a booking and the balance is required no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Park Entertainment passes are NOT included but you can purchase them from reception on arrival.
