Caravan Description

Fully refurbished, this caravan now provides a comfortable and peaceful holiday home for up to six people, just yards from the sea.

It has extremely spacious living accommodation with a free standing leather suite, dining table and chairs, and numerous storage cupboards. French doors lead from the lounge on to a large decking area complete with table and chairs - a private suntrap with rural views, ideal for reading, sunbathing or just relaxing.

The kitchen has been re-fitted with a built-in gas oven/grill and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer.

There is a shower room and separate toliet, together with three bedrooms - one with a 4'6 divan and two with twin beds. All beds have sprung mattresses on solid bases, and are therefore medium to firm. The divan in the master bedroom has a memory foam topper.

There is a contemporary electric fire in the lounge and panel heaters in all three bedrooms and shower room.
The caravan is near to a small car park with ample parking, so no trudging halfway through the site with heavy suitcases or shopping bags!!

Well behaved pets are welcome, provided (in the case of dogs) they are not on the dangerous breeds register). Puppies and non house trained dogs are not allowed under any circumstances. On site, dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed into the complex buildings.

We always employ professional cleaners who not only clean thoroughly, but continually assess our caravan for on-going maintanence issues throughut the season. However, deep cleaning, exterior cleaning and garden maintence can only be carried out where breaks in bookings allow.

Smoking is permitted outside the caravan on the decking area only.

Bookings

We are happy to accept bookings for any number of nights, subject to a minimum of three for selected weeks only. Your holiday can start on any day of the week

£1.00 for every booking received will be donated to 'Talk Lipoedema'

A £75 non refundable deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday, or at the time of booking if this is less than 8 weeks before. If the holiday is subsequently cancelled less than 8 weeks before the commencement date, we will re-advertise the holiday. If a booking is achieved, a refund to the value of the amount received will be made (this may be less than the original amount paid) less an administration fee of £25.00. If a cancellation is made after the commencement of the holiday, no refund will be made.

Customers booking for the first time will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £50. Providing there is no damage, no items missing, or the need for additional or prolonged cleaning, it will be refunded in full, no later than 48 hours from departure, (allowance must be made for transition through the postal system for deposits refunded by cheque).

Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased directly from the park.

There is an additional 'one off' charge per booking, per caravan, if pets are brought with you.

We make a refundable security charge per booking, per caravan.
