Caravan Description
For hire is our privately owned Willerby Richmond, 35x12 caravan, which is very comfortable with a spacious interior and in immaculate condition throughout. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people.
The lounge area has a gas fire, comfortable wrap around seating and a corner dining area. For home from home entertainment there is a corner TV unit including TV with built in DVD player and a Playstation 2 Games console.
The wrap around, fully fitted kitchen includes a cooker, microwave, fridge and plenty of cupboard space. All crockery and utensils are provided.
The double bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space and dressing table area. The twin bedrooms each have two single beds and wardrobe space. Quilts and pillows are all provided, but you will need to bring your own towels and bed linen etc.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and basin, with a separate toilet area.
The caravan has electric panel heaters throughout.
Outside we have a patio with seating area, which is fully paved and provides room for two cars.
How to Book
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, which secures your dates. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
A £50 damage deposit will be added to the final balance, which will be refunded within 7 days of your departure once the caravan has been checked and found to have been left clean and damage/loss free.
Fun Works passes are NOT provided, but can be purchased at the main Reception.
Bookings are 4 nights from Monday to Friday, 3 nights from Friday to Monday or 7 nights commencing Monday or Friday. Longer breaks can be arranged. In July and August we only do Saturday to Saturday bookings

About the Area
Haggerston Castle offers swimming, amusements, kids' clubs, boat hire, bike/buggy/kart hire, tennis, bowling, 9 hole golf course, crazy golf and horse riding etc. There's also live entertainment every night in the live lounge, with fun for kids and adults.Also on the Park is a local Spar shop for any necessities you may require and a launderette in case you decide to take up a longer stay.
The Mash & Barrell bar/restaurant, with decked terrace overlooking the lake with boats, offers good food and drink, a chip shop, Papa John's pizzas and a Burger King take away..
You will not be stuck for things to do off site either as there are plenty places to visit nearby, including Sea-houses, Bamburgh Castle, Lindisfarne and Holy Islands. Edinburgh is around a one hour drive away.
