Caravan Description
Our 3 Bed 2011 ABI St David is sited on Havens Primrose Valley Holiday Park, two miles south of Filey.
It is just a 2 minute walk from the main entertainment complex but benefits from a quiet location with unobstructed views overlooking the sought after pitch of Primrose Field.
This beautifully designed top of the range model offers comfort, quality and style.
It is double glazed and central heated with a huge veranda with unobstructed views overlooking Primrose Field from the French doors.
It sleeps 6 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms. The spacious double has an en suite, wardrobes, dressing table and flat screen TV. There are two twin rooms with wardrobes and all bedrooms have overhead storage. One twin has a flat screen TV. There is a bed guard and also a travel cot provided if needed for babies/toddlers.
The family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and hand basin.
There is a dining table & chairs and the provided travel high seat can be fitted for toddlers.
The well equipped modern kitchen comprises a gas hob & oven, integrated fridge freezer and microwave.
The cosy and spacious lounge has co-ordinated soft furnishings, ample storage and modern display units, 32” flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and an Xbox. There is also a selection of DVDs, computer games, toys and books. The lounge also has a built in modern electric fire.
The French doors lead out on to the large veranda with patio set that overlooks the field area in front. Benefiting from a south westerly facing location, the veranda enjoys sunshine all day and into the summer evenings.
There is a private car parking at the side of the caravan.
There is a children’s play area a minutes walk along the field which is also visible from the veranda.
There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner provided.
There is a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm fitted.
All duvets, pillows and bed linen are included.

About the Area
The park’s facilities are extensive, including:Daily entertainment for all age ranges (there are kids clubs for 4 age ranges and a family show bar) 2 heated pools with play areas, Amusement arcade, pool tables and bowling arcade Fishing lake Rope course and zip wire Funfair Boating lake Go-karts, laser quest & climbing wall.

Please Note: Access to Haven's facilities requires purchase of fun works passes. These are not included in the price of your holiday and will need to be purchased on arrival at reception.
The beach is accessible directly from the Park within a few minutes walk.
A regular bus service runs from inside the Park to local towns, including Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough.
A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking, to be received within 5 days of booking or we will re-advertise.
The balance, plus a £100 refundable bond, will be required 6 weeks before your holiday starts. We will accept payments in instalments.
We can offer flexibility with 3 or 4 night stays during low season. Please contact the owner for prices & availability.
