This is a luxury static caravan complete with burglar alarm, central heating and double glazing.
There is a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and sleeps a further 2 people in the lounge. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, and excellent storage with wardrobes and drawers in all rooms.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped, containing a full size cooker/hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
In the bathroom there is a double shower and wash hand basin, plus a separate toilet room.
Patio doors lead onto a decking area.
This part of the holiday park is private with excellent views of surrounding countryside and has coded access only, but is close to all amenities.

About the Area
White Acres Holiday Park boasts 13 well stocked fishing lakes set in a wonderful countryside location. There is a tackle and bait shop and café down by the lakes. White Acres hosts numerous fishing competitions and is a popular resort with anglers from all over the country.Also on site there are kids' play areas, an amusement arcade, gift shop, supermarket, nail and beauty salon and a fish and chip shop. There is a nightclub, general bar, pool room and a separate restaurant. The leisure suite contains an indoor swimming pool a Jacuzzi, sauna, tanning rooms and a bowling alley
This is a good location as a base for touring around Cornwall taking in the many tourist attractions, or if you prefer surfing or sunbathing on the numerous award winning beaches in and around Newquay; all are within easy travelling distance.
