Caravan Description

Welcome to our caravan; ideal for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday in a perfect location for you to explore the east coast of Norfolk.

Newport Caravan Park is a quiet and peaceful site, but not too far from the local amenities at Hemsby.

Around the the park you will find a shop, diner, fish and chip shop and an amusement arcade, along with a launderette, complete with ironing boards and free use of irons.

There are two playgrounds and a large grassed area for your children to play.

Evenings out can be enjoyed at the park's licensed club, where there is family entertainment. Free passes are provided.

A welcome tray of refreshments will be available on your arrival.

Accommodation

Lounge Area
Comfortable seating, dining table with seating, gas fire, cupboards, Freeview flat screen TV, carpeted floor, a selection of books and board games, plus a fire alarm and CO2 detector.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with gas hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave and fire extinguisher.

Bathroom
Toilet, sink with overhead mirrored cabinet and under sink cupboard, shower cubicle, panel heater and towel rail and rings.

Bedroom 1
Comfortable double bed, cupboard units above, 2 bedside cabinets, 3 wardrobes, good size mirror, shaver point and a panel heater.

Bedroom 2
Two comfortable single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed, cupboard units above the beds, a bedside cabinet and a wardrobe with mirror.

Outside
There is a patio area with seating and parking for 2 cars.

Further information

Wi-Fi is available; information on this is kept in the caravan.

Protectors are provided for pillows, duvets and mattresses. Hirers are required to provide their own duvet covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets, towels and tea towels etc.

If you wish, bed linen can be provided at a hire charge of £20 per week.

Smoking in the caravan is NOT allowed at any time.

On the day of your departure, please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

Sorry we do not offer short breaks.

Terms & Conditions

Bookings accepted from families and couples only.

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the outstanding balance to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday begins. If the start date of your holiday is less than 6 weeks then please pay in full at the time of booking.

Payment to be made by cheque (made payable to Mr S Satchwell). Please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear.

Hire charges include gas and electricity.

Your Accommodation will be available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. Please be aware that you will need to vacate the caravan no later than 10am on the day of your departure.

We charge a £50 security deposit, which is payable when you make your final holiday payment. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after your departure, providing the caravan it has been left in a clean condition, with no breakages and there is no evidence of anyone smoking in the caravan.

If you are going to have any visitors they are not allowed to stay overnight.

No more than 4 people are allowed in the caravan at any time due to insurance restrictions.

If I receive a complaint from the park management about your holiday group, you will be told to leave immediately and will forfeit your holiday with no refunds being given.

By booking our caravan it will be deemed that you have read and understand our conditions of hire.
