This tastefully decorated, comfortable 2 bedroom holiday home sleeps 6,1 double bedroom, 1 twin and a double bed settee. The caravan is situated in a prime sort after position in Peakview on the award winning Ladram Bay Holiday Park near Exmouth.
Its prime location boasts stunning sea and coastal views that can be enjoyed in comfort from the spacious lounge or from outside on the decking, complete with outside furniture and a parasol for those hot sunny days.
With full central heating, double glazing, a 32"flat screen TV, DVD player, DVDs, games, books and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, this is a real "home from home".
Duvets and pillows are supplied, but you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels etc.
Electricity is included within the price. Gas is on a "pay as you go" card basis that can be purchased at reception.
Admission to the Three Rocks entertainment centre is free. However, there is a charge for use of the swimming pool and passes can be purchased on a daily or weekly basis at a very reasonable cost.

With its own secluded beach Ladram Bay Holiday Park is the perfect place to relax.The park has a large heated indoor swimming pool, a centrally located well stocked shop, takeaway, bars and restaurant, launderette and a crazy golf course. An action packed activity programme is available during the day in addition to nightly entertainment at The Three Rocks, for adults and children alike.
The park is situated in the heart of the Jurassic coast and within easy reach of Exmouth, Sidmouth, Seaton, Lyme Regis and Weymouth. Otterton Mill, a fully operational flour mill, is within walking distance and a short drive away you will find Crealey World of Adventure, World of Country Life and Bicton Park.
A slightly longer journey will take you to such places as The Donkey Sanctuary, Beer Caves and Pecorama to name but a few.
