We have two identical ABI St David caravans sited nearly next door to each other (B10 and B13) on the exclusive Lakes development at Primrose Valley Holiday Park, just a short walk from the Lakeside amenities, yet far enough away to make sure parents and children get a good night's sleep.
Our caravans are ideal for families and friends wanting to go away together, yet have their own living space!!
The caravans are located down a quiet cul-de-sac with no through road, so ideal for children to play on the large grassed area around.
Both caravans are fully double glazed with full central heating (not blow heating) and comprise:
Caravan 1 (B10)
LIVING ROOM: Spacious living area with ample seating, TV with built-in DVD player, table and chairs, double doors opening on to a deck area.
KITCHEN: Large kitchen with all the mod cons including a kettle, toaster, microwave, large integrated fridge freezer, lots of storage, oven with grill, pots, pans, cutlery and plates too, plus more storage space.
TWIN BEDROOMS: Both twin rooms have two beds, a drawer, wardrobe and overhead storage.
MASTER BEDROOM: The large master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, dressing table, drawers, full size shelved wardrobe and en-suite toilet and sink. It is more than big enough to have a cot-bed in the room and still have room to move.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has a toilet, sink and large shower.
Caravan 2 (B13)

Bookings
To book all we ask for is a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure your dates. The final payment must be made 6 weeks before travel.
Sorry no under 18's or single sex groups due to park regulations.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is a 5 star Haven park, which won Haven's park of the year award 2013. It offers excellent facilities for children and adults.The Park is situated 3 miles from Filey and 12 miles from Flamborough Head, so is ideal for trips to Bridlington and Scarborough, and it's not far from Robon Hood's Bay either.
